I’m Niko!

I’ve lived in Australia and worked at the Osaka Expo 2025.

Through those experiences, I met people from all over the world — we hung out together, and I loved taking them to hidden local spots that tourists usually don’t find, like cozy cafés, local restaurants, and beautiful nature spots.

I’m a very friendly person who loves learning new things. I enjoy not only sharing unique and lesser-known sides of Japan, but also hearing stories about your country and anything you’d like to talk about!

Discover Kyoto’s must-see highlights in one day! We’ll start at Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its endless red torii gates. After exploring the area, we’ll have a delicious lunch at one of my favorite local Japanese restaurants. we’ll stroll through the streets of Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, known for their historic atmosphere, cute shops, and great photo spots. These slopes will lead us straight to Kiyomizu-dera, one of Kyoto’s most famous temples. At the end we will go to a traditional market!

“Did you say perfect, Yes!”

Niko took us on a whirlwind tour of Kyoto. Started with Fushemi Inari shrine and all the Toriis. By the way, all was done on local buses and trams. Kinkakuji , Golden Pavilion was stunning, Gion and Kamo river district brought shopping opportunities. Quiet Geisha district She took us on various walks thru markets and alleys. We were a group oof 4, and it was amazing how Niko kept track of all of us and kept us constantly going. And recomendation of a fabulous restaurant for lunch.

Niko was a terrific guide for us in Kyoto - she consistently went above and beyond. She worked hard to get a replacement sushi class for us when the original canceled.
