I’ve lived in Australia and worked at the Osaka Expo 2025.
Through those experiences, I met people from all over the world — we hung out together, and I loved taking them to hidden local spots that tourists usually don’t find, like cozy cafés, local restaurants, and beautiful nature spots.

Day in Arashiyama ( Bamboo forests, monkey park and kinkaku-ji)
Spend the morning exploring Arashiyama, with the option to ride the Sagano Romantic Train (one-way or round-trip). After lunch in Arashiyama, visit either the Arashiyama Monkey Park or the famous Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), depending on your preference!:)

“Amazing Kyoto Tour with Niko!”
We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Niko, and would highly recommend her. Niko took us through all of the major Kyoto highlights, including Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kiyomizu-dera, Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka, Gion, Yasaka Shrine, Kinkaku-ji, and Nishiki Market. She was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. What really stood out was how much Niko went above and beyond. She also reserved dinner for us at an incredible restaurant in Osaka, where we had the best filet mignon we’ve ever had. She also gave us excellent recommendations for the Tokyo portion of our trip, which ended up being extremely helpful. Niko was fantastic from beginning to end. Easily five stars and one of the highlights of our trip to Japan!
