Active Places of Worship: Since this tour includes active religious sites (The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia), a modest dress code is strictly required for both men and women.

For Women: Shoulders and knees must be covered. A headscarf is mandatory to enter the prayer areas. (We recommend bringing your own scarf, though they can be purchased or rented at the entrance).

For Men: Shorts must cover the knees, and shoulders must be covered (no tank tops).

Shoes: You will be required to take off your shoes before stepping onto the carpets inside the mosques. Wearing or bringing socks is highly recommended.

Walking Dynamic: This is a 100% walking tour conducted on historic, sometimes uneven cobblestone streets. Please wear comfortable, slip-resistant walking shoes.

Strollers & Wheelchairs: The route is generally accessible, but the cobblestones around Sultanahmet and the dim, damp flooring inside the Basilica Cistern can be challenging for strollers or wheelchairs. Please inform me in advance if you have mobility concerns.

Security Checks: Both mosques and the cistern have mandatory airport-style security screenings at the entrances. Please avoid carrying large backpacks or sharp objects to speed up the process.

Skipping the Lines: While licensed guides have certain privileges, we cannot bypass mandatory security lines. Starting the tour early in the morning is highly recommended to minimize wait times.

Friday Adjustments: On Fridays, the Blue Mosque is closed to visitors during the midday Friday Prayer.(Until 2:30 PM) If you book this tour on a Friday, the itinerary sequence will be dynamically adjusted to respect prayer times.
