I will always need to check the up to date position at visitor attractions and due to Covid some require advance booking. For these I can't guarantee entry until I have checked and booked.
The walk down to the Foyers waterfall requires a reasonable level of fitness and decent outside shoes / trainers.
This tour can be undertaken from a cruise ship at Invergordon if the ship is in the port long enough. If so, another 50 mins to an hour should be allowed. An 8.30 start would be better.
