Mekong Island Bike Tour & lunch with farmer
Explore the meandering Mekong delta and stop at authentic craft stores on this half-day biking tour of Cambodia’s Silk Island. Discover beautiful rice paddy farmlands, idyllic countryside and quaint traditional Cambodian villages - famed for their lemongrass, banana plant, ginger and corn pastures, and visit silk weaving houses where you’ll have a chance to by a scarf you can see made the old fashioned way by hand.

Time to pick up from your hotel
We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00am or flexibility upon the requesting in advance. Please provide a details location for pick up like hotel name, address, and your room number when you proceed the booking.
Mekong Island and start the tour
We may take around 30 minutes or more for transfer from your hotel to our starting. Before we get the bike for the trip, we will crossing Mekong river by a local ferry where it take from 5 to 10 minutes. Then we pick the bike and check to fit with our size. Our cycling guide will explain you on how to use the bike, and ride into the island of Mekong. Moreover, we will bring you to visit some of local house who made a silk weaving, visit the farmland, local school and Buddha temple where you'll learn more about Buddhism in Cambodia. Within the total cycling in the Mekong island, we will take about 35km distance and have a spot to visit somewhere plus for refreshing as well.
Lunch at the local farmer house
After we cycle through the island, we get on another ferry and take a short bike ride to our local farmer house where they prepare some tropical fruits, Khmer cake and cook some of Khmer foods for you. We will enjoy this local lunch and experience with local people as much as get connected with them included silk weaving training. After refreshing and having lunch, we will take our bike and cycle back to the ferry plus to explore another part of Silk Island where most of people plant gingers, eggplants and another vegetable before we left our bike in the store and back to Phnom Penh to sign off our exiting cycle trip at the island of Mekong.

We will drop off you at your hotel around 2pm or it would flexible upon the group size, cycling speed as long the traffic condition.
