I hold a valid tour guide license issued by the Chinese authorities, which certifies my qualifications to lead cultural and historical tours across the country. And I was born and raised in Beijing. I'm local. Also I lived in Hangzhou for 4 years. So I'm very familiar of Shanghai and Hangzhou.
