One Day Delhi and One Day Agra Tour
This 2 days tour package is made for those travelers who have limited time & yet they wants to explore Delhi & Agra. This package will take you through the rich heritage of the Capital city of India i.e. Delhi and the past historical glory of the capital city of Mughal empire i.e. Agra in a short period of time.
Meeting Point
Hotel or Airport in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida
【DAY 1 】Hotel lobby or Airport
You will be picked from your desired location in Delhi i.e. Hotel Lobby or from Airport.
Jama Masjid Old Delhi
This great mosque of Old Delhi is the largest in India, with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. It was begun in 1644 and ended up being the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan, the Mughal emperor who built the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort.
Old Delhi Rickshaw Ride
There will be a rickshaw ride tour of old delhi in the narrow lanes where you can see the busy lifestyle of people, the crowded bazaars, taste the delicious street food and much more.
Humayun's Tomb
Humayun's Tomb was built in 1565, nine years after the death of Humayun, by his senior widow Bega Begam. Inside the walled enclosure the most notable features are the garden squares (chaharbagh) with pathways water channels, centrally located well proportional mausoleum topped by double dome.
There are several graves of Mughal rulers located inside the walled enclosure and from here in 1857 A.D; Lieutenant Hudson had captured the last Mughal emperor Bahadur Shah II.
India Gate
India Gate, an "Arc-de-Triomphe" like archway in the middle of a crossroad. Almost similar to its French counterpart, it commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the World War I. The memorial bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers killed in the Northwestern Frontier in the Afghan war of 1919.
President House
We are not allowed to enter the premises but we can go close to it and see the beautiful structure which is an official house of President of India and admire the blend of Indo anglo architecture.
Qutub Minar
Qutab Minar is a soaring, 73 m-high tower of victory, built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom. The tower has five distinct stories, each marked by a projecting balcony and tapers from a 15 m diameter at the base to just 2.5 m at the top. The first three stories are made of red sandstone; the fourth and fifth stories are of marble and sandstone. At the foot of the tower is the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, the first mosque to be built in India.
Lunch
There will be a stop for lunch at a multi cuisine restaurant.
Lotus Temple
This temple is built in the shape of a lotus flower and is the last of seven Major Bahai's temples built around the world. Completed in1986 it is set among the lush green landscaped gardens. The structure is made up of pure white marble The architect Furiburz Sabha chose the lotus as the symbol common to Hinduism, Buddhism, Bhai Temple Jainism and Islam. Adherents of any faith are free to visit the temple and pray or meditate.
Drive to Agra
After completing the tour of Delhi, then you will be driven to Agra via Yamuna Expressway. There will be a stop at halfway, where you can use washrooms and have some snacks before reaching to Agra. It will be a 03 hours drive.
Hotel in Agra
After 03 hours drive, you will be in Agra at your pre booked hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.
【 DAY 2】Pick up from Hotel
Early in the morning you will be picked from your hotel by your driver and tour guide and you will be taken to Taj Mahal.
Taj Mahal
Taj Mahal is believed to be the most beautiful mausoleum ever built on land by 5th Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife who died after childbirth. it was constructed in 17th century, took 22 years to build by 22000 workers.
Seeing the Taj Mahal at the sunrise time is the most beautiful thing.
Back to hotel
After the tour of Taj Mahal, you will be taken back to hotel, where you can have breakfast.

After breakfast and shower, pack your luggage and check out from hotel.
Marble factory inlay work demonstration (Optional)
There will be a stop at a marble factory where you can see the demonstration of marble inlay art done by the descendants of same artists who had worked in Taj Mahal. This artwork is as famous and old as Taj Mahal.
Agra Fort
Agra fort is the first fort built by the Mughals in India in 16th century. It took 08 years to built and it is believed to be the most beautiful and well preserved forts of India. It has beautiful palaces in Red sand stone and white marble. It is also the place where Shah Jahan was held captive by his own son and died here.
Itimad Ud Daulah or Baby Taj
This is believed to be the very first mausoleum in white marble built by Empress Nur Jahan in 17th century as a tribute to her parents. This mausoleum also looks like a marble Jewel box because of its fine workmanship on it. This tomb of Mirza Ghyas Beg is not to be missed.
Lunch
There will be a stop for lunch at multi cuisine restaurant.
Drive back to Delhi
After lunch and seeing the beautiful sites of Agra, then you will be driven back to Delhi via Yamuna Expressway in same private car. It is a 03 hours drive back to delhi.
Delhi Airport or Hotel
You will be drop back to your hotel or airport for your onwards journey back to your home.

We engaged Mohsin K as our guide for our Agra trip and it was one of the best parts of the trip .
