We highly recommend Luciana. Because our train was delayed, she kindly rescheduled our tour to the following day and even came to pick us up at our accommodation by bicycle. For the sightseeing explanations, she read from a prepared script in Japanese, which we greatly appreciated. Basic conversation was mainly in English, but no matter what questions we asked, she always gave us very detailed answers that helped us deepen our understanding. She is also a very charming and delightful person, and thanks to her, our trip became even more enjoyable and memorable.

В туре по городу с Евой мы узнали историю и тайны очаровательной Флоренции, прогулялись по улочкам и площадям, узнали детали семьи Медичи, их виллу и семейную церковь. Нам очень было приятно общаться с Евой, было очень легко и не напряженно для нашей большой компании с детьми. Спасибо!

“Great Synthesis of the Doge's Palace and Basilica”

My wife and I used a tour guide for the first time last summer in Florence, and I learned then how beneficial a guide can be. So, for this trip to Venice - my son and I spent some time reading reviews of different guides before booking with Sabrina. She definitely lived up to our expectations. Sabrina was on time, prepared, engaging etc. She led us on a wonderful tour of the Palace and Basilica and helped tie together the importance of what we were seeing (without getting bogged down in the details that would bore our children). She kept them engaged, and really told us a story that brought to life what life must have been like for Doge's up until Napoleon's arrival. When we were finished, I asked our kids what they thought - was it too much information? Too long? They both agreed that it was perfect (and they're 12 and 15). So, she did a great job. As our time ended, she answered our questions about how to join in for Palm Sunday processions, and told us to feel free to contact her with follow-up questions. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone visiting Venice.
