We had an amazing day exploring Seoul, and our guide exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, he made us feel welcome and ensured the tour was tailored to our interests. His knowledge of Seoul's history, culture, and hidden gems added so much depth to every stop, making the city come alive in a way we never could have experienced on our own. What truly set him apart was the level of care he put into making our day special. Throughout the tour, he voluntarily took beautiful photos of our family using his own camera. We didn't have to ask—he was always looking for the perfect angles and the best backdrops, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience together instead of worrying about taking pictures ourselves. The biggest surprise came later that evening when he sent us all of the professionally captured photos. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture, and now we have incredible memories that we'll cherish forever. He was friendly, patient, organized, and genuinely passionate about showing visitors the very best of Seoul. We left feeling like we had spent the day with a friend rather than just a tour guide. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, we highly recommend him. The tour itself was fantastic, but the beautiful photos he captured for us were the perfect finishing touch and made the day even more memorable. “A must-do customizable experience ”

Changwoo is amazing. He arrived early for our pick up, was happy to answer all our questions and made wonderful recommendations to our requested places we wanted to visit. He was never rushed but ensured we stayed on time to get to all the venues on time without much wait. His recommendations and knowledge of venues made getting to and on each experience convenient and easy. We rode in a big comfortable SUV and were treated like royalty. His English is excellent and he highlighted many of the venues by providing historical background and context. I enthusiastically recommend Changwoo as your guide and do this experience. It is thenonly way to get around Busan and see as much as you can in one day.
