Our Busan experience with Daniel K. was truly outstanding and became one of the highlights of our Korea trip. From the moment he received our family group at Busan Station until our departure, Daniel was professional, organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly present throughout the tour. Managing a group of 15 people with different ages and interests is not easy, but he handled everything calmly and smoothly. What stood out most was his personality — kind, warm, funny, patient, and genuinely caring. He never made us feel rushed and always ensured everyone was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoying themselves. His local knowledge, restaurant selections, timing management, and attention to detail were excellent. Our entire group loved every minute in Busan, and honestly, a big part of that was because of Daniel. He did not feel like just a guide — he felt like a trusted local friend traveling with us. We are very grateful for the memories he helped create for our family, and we would highly recommend Daniel to anyone visiting Busan, especially larger family groups looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and well-managed experience. “Extremely comfortable, easy and informative.”

Kwan was an excellent host and guide. He was prompt, professional and extremely friendly. Our day was seamless and easy. A day tour to DMV is a big day but Kwan made it as comfortable and as informative as possible. His car is super luxurious and Kwan took care of us very well. Kwan has perfect English and shares lots of information throughout the day. He also gave me excellent tips for Seoul, restaurant recommendations and Korean skincare shopping. I would recommend Kwan as a guide for anyone visiting Seoul.
