Hi! I'm Sho! I live in the center of Nagasaki city and work as a YouTuber, podcaster, and tour guide specializing in sharing the charms of Nagasaki. Actually, I was born and raised in Yokohama, near Tokyo, and worked for about 5 years in Tokyo. However, I fell in love with the culture and history of Nagasaki and moved here in 2020. Nagasaki has a rich history of international exchange and friendship, established about 450 years ago as an international trading port in Japan. Since then, many people from all over the world with diverse cultures and values have visited this city. I love these stories and histories of Nagasaki. Nagasaki is often associated with the sad history of the atomic bomb, which is, of course, an important part of this city's history, but Nagasaki has much more than that. I'm looking forward to introducing you to the many charms of Nagasaki!

I had worked for the Japan's biggest travel agency JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) for 35 years as a tour escort for Japanese. I visited 68 countries and of course all over Japan as well. So I’m familiar with almost all of the tourist attractions in Japan. More over I’m also a professional magician now. I’m a member magician of The Magic Castle in Hollywood in US. That's why I made a decision to become an English tour guide. I acquired a tour guide license issued by the Japanese government with a lot of hard work in 2016 and I started from the following year. I work as an English guide approximately 130 days a year. My wife is physically disabled, and I usually care for her. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I receive home care and bathing services, so I am unable to go out during the day as I have to prepare for and clean up afterwards. I am available to guide on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I can take up to four people sightseeing in my private car. I am available at any time during evening tours, such as YATAI tours. I look forward to hearing from you. Please ask me first. If it is possible.

In 2025, it's the 3rd year as a private tour guide. I speak English and German a little. My hobbies are knitting, handicrafts of earrings and keychains, writing & reading novels in Japanese, and searching for good cafes. Next year, I'm about starting to garden for vegetables and harbs. The main place of a tour is Nagasaki city, including the war hisotory spots. I'd like to guide you to the cities of Sasebo, Saikai, and Unzen, too, if you hope. But I don't have a driving lisence, so transport while your tour is necessary. I'm good at a family tour for your young kids, too. I like kids, so I'd like to suggest some ideas for their playing in the Nagasaki prefecture.

Hi there! I’m Armand. Living in Nagasaki since 2016. I am living a most relaxing life on my permaculture homestead in the hills of Nagasaki, where you get the best views in Japan. I love my town. As a dancer and actor I love telling stories too. And there are so many great stories to share about all the interesting people that once dwelled in this adventurous town full of historical intrigues. Want to experience the rich Nagasaki culture? Eat the freshest fish of Japan? Make the most beautiful photos of hidden treasures and landscapes? Come and explore the town together with me. I’ve made it my mission to get to know everything there is to know about this place.

Hi, I’m glad you found my page! I’m a local guide based in Kyushu who loves sharing the region’s history, food, and landscapes in a relaxed and friendly way. Think of me as someone who can make your trip comfortable and memorable, while keeping things easygoing and fun. I began guiding to share the history, scenery, and food of my home with visitors from around the world. Before this, I worked in luxury retail, where I learned how important details and genuine hospitality are. Now I bring that same spirit to my tours, making sure every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and free to enjoy their journey. I specialize in private car tours around Kyushu, so you don’t have to worry about train schedules or carrying luggage. We can stop where you like, take things at your own pace, and enjoy the scenery along the way. Onboard you’ll have free Wi-Fi, music, and a comfortable ride—perfect for families, couples, or friends who want both convenience and a touch of luxury. Some of my favorite places to share are: Nagasaki: Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Museum, and the city’s cultural blend Fukuoka: Dazaifu Shrine, city highlights, and Yanagawa’s river cruise with eel dishes Kumamoto: Mt. Aso’s volcanic views, Kumamoto Castle, and Kurokawa Onsen Oita: Hita’s riverside town, plus Beppu and Yufuin hot springs Saga: Arita’s ceramics and the Yoshinogari ancient site Takachiho Gorge: A mystical canyon tied to Japanese legends What I enjoy most is helping guests discover both famous sights and hidden corners of Kyushu, while keeping the experience comfortable and stress-free. Whether you’re drawn to culture, food, history, or beautiful scenery, I can adjust the plan to match your style. I’d love to share my part of Japan with you and create memories that last long after your trip. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to send me a message. I look forward to welcoming you to Kyushu and showing you what makes this region so special!

Hi! I'm Moe. I work as a tour guide and Japanese teacher. I grew up in Nagasaki and live in the centre of the city now, but until last year I was teaching Japanese at a university in Ecuador. Because of that I also speak some Spanish. I love watching football, fishing and travelling. I visited to many countries and regions as a tourist. If you want the best food experience in Nagasaki, I am your personal specialist. I am also a third-generation of the Atomic Bomb survivor. If you want to learn about the history of peace in Nagasaki, I will share the stories I heard directly from my grandfather. If you have any questions, you can contact me at any time for anything. I look forward to making your trip the best it can be.

Hello, everyone!! My name is Yukihiro, call me "HERO". I'm eager to introduce this unique country, Japan to foreign guests. I am not a professional interpreter. I have retired from Japan Ground Self-Defense Force(JGSDF=Japanese Army) on March 2018. I have spent most of my career as a Army NCO(Non-commissioned officer) . My job experiences are only in the military, but there are variety of specialties, so I didn't feel boredom. I lived in many places all over Japan, such as Hokkaido 10years, Chiba 15years, Okinawa 17years and more places. I am working for the half of month as a tour-conductor in Okinawa Japan. Rest of month, I live in Nagasaki Prefecture, and work as a Triple Lights interpreter tour guide. I am registered as a Okinawa prefectural interpreter tour guide, but don't have a whole Japan area certification. So I am brushing my skill up to get it. I speak English, and do basic Chinese conversation , no problem to guide you, not like a native though.

Hi there, I'm Yuki. Originally from Tokyo, moved to Goto islands , Nagasaki in 2019. I'm a christian (protestant), and that brought me to live here, the island with the history of Japanese hidden christians. I'm passionate with meeting new people from different backgrounds, which is why I have multiple types of businesses(a mucician, a chef, a spearfisher, an interpreter, and a guide). I'm probably a typical islander who is easygoing, relaxing, and enjoy doing multiple things based on the random things happening in this island. Before we settled down here, my wife and I have traveled over 30 countries for 2 years with a crowdfunded project. I'm also a learner of multiple languages, Italian (conversational), Spanish and Korean(novice). I try to be as flexible as possible, based on guests' requests. I could guide other than Goto, but in that case I would have to ask guests to cover my transportations fee(as you may not know, from/to Goto islands-Nagasaki city, it takes 1-3 hours by ferry or airplane.) Please feel free to message me! I'm hoping your trip to be unforgettable.
