Albaicin and Sacromonte with an architect
Visit the oldest neighbourhoods in the city of Granada by the hand of an architect. In this route you will discover a part of the historical city of Granada connected with water, landscaping and history. We will walk the islamic narrow streets, viewpoints, and monuments that the Albaicin hides inside.
Meeting Point

We will meet in a XVI century square in the city center of Granada where we will see some of its monuments and will take a taxi to our next stop.
San Miguel Alto
From this viewpoint I will develop the historical introduction to the city of Granada, a church built on the limit of the nasrid city.
Sacromonte
We will visit the Sacromonte neighbourhood, the traditional cave-dwelling quarter of the city of Granada, where gipsies developed the "zambra", the traditional flamenco performance.
Albaicin
We will walk through the oldest neighbourhood of the city discovering some interesting squares, streets, monuments and the most famous viewpoints in Andalucia.

MOVEMENT DISSABILITES: As the Albaicin neighbourhood is placed on a hill there are lot of stairs and difficult slopes, so it is impossible to do this tour with a wheelchair or with movement dissabilities.

“Manu is fantastic ”
Manu is an excellent guide. His English is impeccable, he is extremely organized and knowledgeable about the Alhambra and Spanish history in general. He made the Alhambra come alive for us, painting pictures in our minds of how it was built and occupied centuries past. We saw Granada, Sevilla, and Cordoba on this trip and our party agrees Granada was our favorite. Since all we did in Granada was see the Alhambra with Manu, I can’t help but think he had everything to do with it.
