We were so very fortunate to get to spend a very full day with Toshihiro-San as he shared his extensive knowledge of Japan, and of Tokyo in particular! He is also very aware of tour guests background and cultural differences as he has also traveled well internationally himself. Our focus was on the eastern side of the city in a complete exposure of the most important sights the city has to offer. We learned about the cultural history from his deep knowledge and understanding as a long time resident and guide. Toshihiro-San is very dedicated to making sure his guests are comfortable, able to move as fast or as relaxed as they wish. He is very patient, and good at adjusting the activity, and the plan based on what is important to his tour guests. From the history, the important temples, special sights that are central to understanding and learning about life in Tokyo, or just the best lunch spot or place to sit and rest, Toshihiro-San is ready to make the day very enjoyable and memorable. We could not have asked for a better first day introduction to Tokyo! Thank you Toshihiro-San for a great day visit for making us so comfortable, and for having been such a kind gentlemen to now call a friend. We will look forward to a return visit with you as our expert guide to life in Tokyo and Japan. You have accomplished your goal for us to make our trip much more trouble free while enjoying a cultural exposure and teaching us how to move around using the subway system. Thank you for the brilliant tour review, Fred-san and Irma-san. I think that you are a really fortunate people because it was not raining during the tour in spite of bad weather forecast. Before the tour, you informed me of a lot of information on your background and interests. I could make an appropriate tour plan easily. You have a good sense of humor. I would like to say one objection on your comments. When we met at your hotel first in the morning, I said “Oh, you look like much younger than your age”. And you said “Oh, I found that this tour guide is a liar”. But it was a my honest feeling. You have traveled various countries in the world. Conversation with you were interesting and fruitful for me. You quickly understood the uniqueness of Japanese culture and life style. It was fun for me to explain features of Japan as a guide. You created an amiable atmosphere as if I introduced Tokyo to my friends. I think that I am lucky. Thank you very much again. I am really relieved as you gave me wonderful comments about the tour. I appreciate your attitude to try to experience Japanese local life style including lunch. After you stay at Tokyo for several days, you will visit many ports in Japan. We believe Toshi’s greatest strength is his knowledge of how to navigate through the streets and rail lines of Tokyo. His tours are meant for those willing to walk and see sights. Toshiba’s open to changing your itinerary and it’s important you do your homework of what you want to see and how long you want to spend seeing your choices. He is extremely sensitive to the needs of his guests, respectful and kind. We recommend Toshi but caution you be sure you are clear on what you want to see and are willing to walk to get there or to be clearer take a taxi.

Thank you for the fantastic tour review, Scott-san. This tour started just after you arrived in Tokyo by air plane. You must have been tired because of jet lag. And there were a lot of construction works in Tokyo, so sometimes we needed to walk long distance to taxistand. Thank you for your patience. I am impressed with your knowledge about the history and your attitude to absorb the culture and life style, especially in the museum. So, we changed the itinerary. I know I must appreciate your cooperation. It was a good experience for me as a tour guide. You are still in Japan to join the cruise ship tour. Please enjoy the rest of your stay.
