Lisa was truly wonderful. Her English is excellent and from the beginning she was warm, sociable and very easy to understand. She had a great plan for us but always gave us different options and adapted the day to what we wanted. At every place we visited, Lisa shared interesting and valuable information that really added to the experience. She looked after us so well and was so friendly that very quickly it felt less like being with a guide and more like having a local friend showing us her city. We fell completely comfortable with her and learned so much. We would absolutely recommend Lisa and would happily have her guide us again.

Our guide, Lisa W was exceptional. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and listened to all our requests. The sites that Lisa took us to, The Kyoto Imperial Palace, the Torii Gates, the Gion districts and shopping streets in Kyoto, to name a few, were definitely great choices to enjoy seeing. In Osaka, we visited the Osaka Castle, whereby we learned about the Shogun history, which was very exciting. Lisa made our visit very enjoyable with her knowledge of the various temples. Ending our tour, we hiked the Minoh Mountain, along a river to see the gorgeous waterfalls. Lisa W was a fantastic guide and we highly recommend her.
