Melody S. Is an awesome person and an amazing tour guide! He helped us navigate the train system throughout our tours . He took care of all the details from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Japan and locations. He’s patient, funny , and kind! We enjoyed every minute of our tour and we recommend Melody Suzuki for all of your tour needs! Visiting Atami was truly the perfect choice—the town was lively and full of local Japanese people, still largely undiscovered by international tourists. From the bullet train ride, seeing Mt. Fuji through the train window, enjoying delicious red snapper, capsule toys, strawberry desserts, to the breathtaking views at the art museum—it was such a memorable experience. Let’s definitely try an onsen hot spring next time! I already miss you so much as well!

“Amazing tour!”

Setting up the fully customisable tour was super easy and convenient, Melody’s English is great! Melody organised an amazing tour/experience along side a few things I wanted to see. Also learned a lot about daily life in Tokyo and local customs. Would definitely recommend!

Paolo, thank you so much for your heartfelt comment! You are such a gentle, stylish, and energetic man. We truly enjoyed visiting Hamarikyu Japanese Garden, Tsukiji Market, teamLab Planets, Meiji Shrine, Takeshita Street, Shibuya Crossing, Akihabara (anime town), and the maid cafe together. We made so many precious memories! You already seem very familiar with Japanese history and culture, but I hope you will come to love Japan more and more with each day!

“The real deal”

I can’t say enough about how well Melody did. Our group and our plans changed repeatedly due to a small medical emergency unrelated to our tour. Melody just rolled with the changes and adapted without missing a single beat. Our tour was custom made and tailored for exactly what we wanted to see and experience. Our favorite part of the tour was the amazing local sushi. Melody made the whole experience fun and educational. He has a deep knowledge of the geography and history of Tokyo and was enormously helpful in helping us make our way to the airport on time. On multiple occasions, Melody translated for us and helped us avoid critical mistakes. He even translated complicated instructions for 4 different prescription eye drops. We hope to see him again on our next visit!

Brian, thank you so much for spending a day and a half with me despite your busy schedule. You truly are a wonderful family! First of all, I sincerely hope he feels better soon. During our time together, we visited a maid cafe, anime department stores, a beautiful park, the Imperial Palace, and Tokyo Station. We also enjoyed the best sushi at Tsukiji Market, went to a hedgehog cafe, and visited Meiji Shrine. Next time you come to Japan, let’s also go to Takeshita Street in Harajuku, Sensoji Temple in Asakusa, and a traditional Japanese gardens. Take care!
