“Amazing first day in Tokyo”

Our tour with Melody was fantastic. We are a family of four (with two young adult kids) traveling to Japan for the first time. Melody took us on a tour our first full day in Tokyo and it was amazing. He had excellent communication leading up to the tour day. We created a general plan for the day but he was very flexible during the actual tour day. He adjusted and tailored the tour to our interests and his expertise. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and made the whole day an extremely fun and memorable experience. He was very generous with his time and incredibly helpful. We will all cherish our time we spent with him. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I only wish we were able to spend more time with him. Rodney, thank you very much for your heartwarming review and beautiful pictures! We had such a wonderful day together. In Asakusa, you bought authentic kimono and ukiyo-e prints, and in Akihabara, we enjoyed capsule toys and anime figures, and even visited a maid cafe. And of course, the ramen, gyoza, and beer were amazing! We also visited Meiji Shrine and Takeshita Street. As someone who loves art myself, I was truly impressed by your family’s passion for art. Even now, thinking back on the memories we made together brings a smile to my face. Until we meet again, I wish you and your wonderful family all the best. “Fab’ guide to recommend”

Came with a group of 9pax. Melody was absolutely lovely. He suggested the program and even though it was a hot day in Kamakura, we visited a lot of temples and he gave us ideas for lunch and how to spend the afternoon as well. He has a lot of knowledge and made it suitable to my group in the 20s/30s. Everyone loved him. Do yourself a favor and book a tour with this great, kind, knowledgeable, flexible and lovely person!

Thank you, Sarah! Your group ended up being bigger than when you first booked the tour. Guiding a large group can be a little challenging, but at the same time, it makes the tour lively and a lot of fun. Since our itinerary included quite a few shrines and temples, I was a little worried that some guests might get bored, but I was very happy to see that everyone enjoyed the tour very much. It was also my pleasure to answer so many questions about Japanese culture. I hope you all continue to have a wonderful time in Japan!

“Perfect Private Tokyo Tour for Our Family With Melody”

We had a private full-day tour of Tokyo with Melody and had such a great experience! We only had a limited amount of time, but Melody managed to show us so many amazing places and really gave us a great feeling for the city. What we appreciated most was how flexible and attentive Melody was. Our personal wishes were always taken into account, and Melody was also wonderful with our children and made sure the day was enjoyable for them too. We saw some of the best spots in Tokyo, had lots of fun and never felt like we were just following a standard tour. It felt personal and relaxed from beginning to end. Hülya, thank you so much for the wonderful photos and your heartwarming review! We had such a great day exploring Harajuku, Akihabara, and Tokyo Station together. And your children were absolutely wonderful! As you said, my tours are a little different from typical tours. I always try to spend the day with my guests as if we were family, rather than simply guiding them from place to place. I truly hope to see you and your lovely family again someday!
