Akihabara Maid Cafe Tour by Former Maid Cafe Manager
The first maid cafe was started in Akihabara.
Nowadays, there are around 200 maid cafes alone in Akihabara.
Maids will welcome guests of all genders, generations, and nationalities, but some have difficulties in English communication.
No problem. I can help you talk to them!
The good news is that I was a manager at one of the largest maid cafe chains and led 40 maids.
Other Otaku activities are also included in the tour.
Hopefully, all anime, pop idol, and gadget Otaku can enjoy the tour!

“A very caring, proactive and knowledgable guide”
He was great. Personable and really caring, both for our safety and our enjoyment. He worked with us ahead of time to plan our visit to reflect our needs. We travel a lot and he is one of the very best guides we have had.

“A great day with Melody”
We had a great day in Hakone with Melody. We saw all the sights!! Due to our late arrival we had to stay on a tight schedule to see everything and Melody was great at making sure that happened!!! Thanks Melody for a great day.

Jere, thank you for your heartwarming message! I was truly happy to spend the last day of your stay in Japan together with all of you. We had a great view of Mt. Fuji, and it really was a fulfilling and memorable day in Hakone. You were like superstars, surrounded by local middle school students on the cruise! I’m looking forward to seeing you again someday.

“The best half day tour”
We want to thank Melody for an exciting experience! First, he made up an itinerary perfect for our interests, and was flexible to change it with us during the day. He has so much knowledge and experience and mostly was kind and generous, we are so lucky to had had him for the day. Hope to meet again

Thank you, Maya! It was truly a great pleasure meeting you and your son. I feel very happy to have spent such a wonderful and memorable time together. I really enjoyed our conversations about culture, religion, and peace. Your son has such a bright future ahead of him. I was very impressed by his knowledge of math, geography, English, and even Pokémon Go! During the 6 hours, we visited the fish market, a Japanese garden, a shrine, a fashion street, and even a maid cafe! We also bought chopsticks and enjoyed delicious ramen and gyoza. I was especially amazed that he still had so much energy even after walking 15,000 steps! Please take good care of yourselves, and I truly hope to see you again someday!

Once upon a time in Asakusa: Handicraft & Samurai
The Edo period, when Tokyo became the capital, is often seen as the peak of Japanese art and culture! Temple architecture, woodworking, woodblock prints, porcelain... I will use traditional handicrafts to illustrate the history and lifestyle of the people of Tokyo. Who were the samurai? What difference with a Ninja? How were armors crafted? I am also going to teach you all you need to know about those fierce warriors in front of a large collection of authentic weapons & armors.
