“Joana is absolutely perfect!!”

Joana picked us up from our hotel on schedule and was a delight from our initial meeting. She was very knowledgeable about the city and the specific things we did. I made a list of things to do and she made sure that we checked ALL THE BOXES!!! She was perfect for me and my daughter. I think our special moment was when we saw the PORTO sign, she had packed a picnic basket with Port wine and glasses so we could salute at the sign. If you want a tour guide that is specific to your desires, Joana is the one. We had her for 8 hours and as a tour guide, she only took us to some places and my daughter and I entered them without her and she waited patiently until we were done. I wanted to pay for her to enter those places too. She felt like a friend more than a tour guide. If you select her, you will NOT be sorry. Joana is the very best!

Our day exploring Porto was a true delight! So fun and relaxed, that there was time to explore the main places of the city, like Ribeira, Palácio de Cristal, Torre dos Clérigos, Mercado do Bolhão, Capela das Almas, Avenida dos Aliados... and also, we enjoyed a relaxed Boat ride along Douro River, visit Livraria Lello and it's amasing athmosphere, did a Wine Tasting & Tour in a Porto Wine Cellars, eat the famous Pastel de Natal and yet there was time for shoe shopping, and time to find some roasted coffee to bring home! Also we had moments of laughter, sharing interesting life stories and that's what i call a perfect day! Being able to show you and your daughter beautiful charming Porto was amasing and thanks again for choosing me to be your tour guide. Wishing you a great rest of birthday celebration trip in Portugal and keep celebrating life with that positive energy! All the best to both of you!

There are days and people that stay in our heart and meeting your incredible genuine, kind and elegant family was a true blessing. Our time discovering Porto was amasing, from visiting the main city highlights, like Ribeira, the famous Bridge Luis I, Lello bookshop, Clérigos Towers, Bolhão Market, Souls Chapel with the famous blue tiles, Magesfic Café, São Bento train station and many other places like special local stores full of history, made the time passes really fast! But being with your family felt like showing the city to some friends, so i would truely like to thank you for choosing me as your tour guide. Was such a memorable time for me. Safe travels back home, and hope the world is small and we meet again!

“From ship to airport, a wonderful tour.”

We were leaving a river tour at 9am and needed a tour of Porto to fill 4 hours. After reviewing comments on her tour we chose Joana A, and what a great tour she made for us. My wife has mobility issues, and Joana adapted the tour in her car to suit her disability with drop offs very close to each special site around Porto, including so many photo opportunities, a very unique coffee shop, a special restaurant for lunch, and finally took us to the airport in time for our flight. Nothing was too much for Joana. If you have time after the normal river trip up the Douro. I cannot recommend enough a tour around Porto with Joana A. When we arrived home in UK she had even sent us photos of each of the sites we visited with us in shot and a fully compiled video. What a fabulous tour.

The time we spent in Porto exploring the city with you and Eira was absolutly incredible. With just few hours we were able to see all the iconic places and unique views of the city, drink a Porto wine, eat a pastel de nata, have lunch at a typical restaurant and even have great conversations and many laughts! Was a true blessing being able to show my city while the sun was coming out! Keep that amasing energy and Wishing you great travels around the world. Thanks again for picking me as your tour guide!
