- Departure from your accommodation in a PRIVATE PREMIUM CAR.
PORTO CATHERAL / RIBEIRA / DOURO RIVER
We will start the tour in PORTO CATHERAL doing a small walk in the LUIS I BRIDGE with a spectacular view towards RIBEIRA, seeing the picturesque small colorful houses next to DOURO RIVER.
CAPELA DAS ALMAS / BOLHÃO MARKET
After, we will drive towards CAPELA DAS ALMAS and explore the famous FOOD & CRAFTS BOLHÃO MARKET.
STOP TO SNACK
We will taste a savory pastry called LANCHE, that will give you enough energy to continue our city discovery :)
PÉROLA DO BOLHÃO / SANTA CATARINA STREET / MAGESTIC COFFEE SHOP
We will be continuing by visiting the famous old store PÉROLA DO BOLHÃO and walk in shopping street RUA DE SANTA CATARINA and it’s famous MAGESTIC Art Deco coffee shop.
ORFEÃO, RIVOLI THEATER, REGALEIRA, A BRASILEIRA COFFEE SHOP
Afterwards, we will pass by city landmarks like: ORFEÃO, RIVOLI THEATER, REGALEIRA, A BRASILEIRA COFFEE SHOP and IGREJA DOS CONGREGADOS.
SÃO BENTO TRAIN STATION
Arriving in the famous blue tile train station ESTAÇÃO DE SÃO BENTO.
MOST BEAUTIFUL McDONALD's IN THE WORLD
Discover the most beautiful McDONALD’S in the world, according to Business Insider.
CLÉRIGOS TOWER
We will head to CLÉRIGOS TOWER.
LELLO BOOKSHOP
We will passe by the famous LIVRARIA LELLO with the iconic stairs.
AVENIDA DOS ALIADOS & CITY HALL
We will finish in CITY HALL located in AVENIDA DOS ALIADOS.
Ending Point

- Entrance in Lello BookStore 8€ (that you can use to buy a book). Clérigos Tower + Museum 8€. Just a note that the tour is not planned to enter in these places, but of course we will pass by. The entrance fees are just a reference in case you want to enter.

“Wonderful Personalized Tour”

“Douro Valley Tour: stunning views, excellent wine and food!”
This tour was easily my favorite experience during my vacation. Joana is a wonderful guide, very friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. She had a great day lined up for us with two wine tastings and a lunch. Douro Valley was absolutely breathtaking, and we had plenty of opportunities to stop, appreciate the views, and take pictures. “Excellent Douro Valley Tour”
On our second day we made an excursion with Joana to the Douro valley with boat tour and wine tasting. We could use her own spacious car, Mercedes. Again an excellent experience
