You'ill enjoy an exclusive experience at Viña Matetic, one of the pioneers and innovators in biodynamic winemaking in Chile. Here, guests will have the opportunity to discover the fascinating process of biodynamic viticulture while tasting a selection of premium wines that reflect the unique character of the valley. After the guided tasting, travelers may choose to complement the experience with a delicious meal at the estate’s restaurant (optional, depending on their preference). To conclude, some time will be given to relax and enjoy the surroundings before returning comfortably to Santiago.
Return to Santiago, Chile
On the way back, we will take some time to share stories, impressions, and reflections about everything we experienced throughout the day—the fascinating introduction to biodynamic viticulture, the guided tour through the vineyards, and the tasting of premium wines at Viña Matetic. This is the perfect moment to relax, enjoy the ride, and exchange thoughts with fellow travelers, making the journey just as memorable as the visit itself. After this enriching conversation, we will continue our drive back to Santiago de Chile, bringing the experience to a warm and fulfilling close.
Back in Santiago
By around 5:00 PM, we will begin our return journey, arriving back at the original meeting point or, if previously arranged, at the client’s hotel or another agreed location. This ensures a smooth and comfortable conclusion to the day’s experience, tailored to each traveler’s needs.

The ticket also covers the round-trip transportation and the full interior experience provided during the visit.

We have had several tours during this trip and this was our absolute favorite simply because of Juan Pablo. We had dietary restrictions and did not take any alcohol. Juan adjusted our requirements and gave us an unforgettable experience taking us through the main market and trying to explain and experience everyday life from a culinary perspective in Santiago. What made the experience so enjoyable was the fact that Juan took a great deal of effort to try and cater to us yet give us a complete experience. In the end, his effort showed and we appreciated his humor and his easy going approach to the tour. Absolutely loved it, in fact. If you are limited in time or money and want to try one food tour in Santiago, this is the one to do! Tip- do not fill your tummy at the first stop like us. Almost all the places had awesome food and take it slow and easy!

“Food tour with Pablo ”
We had a great time with Pablo, he was great with his communication prior to the tour fitting us in at pretty short notice. The tour itself was informative and great fun, Pablo is very engaging with a great sense of humour. He has a fantastic rapport with the vendors, both in the market and outside of it. The market is something else which you wouldn’t be able to fully appreciate if you did it yourself. Highly recommend for a great insight into Chilean food culture (plus plenty of laughs!)

Santiago City tour with private car
I will be waiting for you at the entrance of the hotel. I private car will be waiting to take us at the Metropolitan Park from where our tour starts. We will take the teleferic and will have one of the best panoramic views of the city. Then we are going down the San Cristóbal hill by funicular in order to start visiting the main attractions of the old historic Santiago.
