We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cathy, who organized our entire trip across Beijing, Xi’an, and Shanghai. In Beijing, Cathy is simply outstanding, cathy’s excellent command of English, cheerful personality, sense of humor, deep knowledge of history and culture made our every moment meaningful, had lots of fun our family loved her !!! “A Complete Tour ”
Cathy is knowledgeable, conversant in English and able to accommodate little changes in itinerary. Prior to visiting each attraction, she would give you an overview and history. During the tour, she would reiterate the pertinent information. This is very useful on attractions like the forbidden city, and the great wall with long history. Cathy is also very attentive. She prepared three sets of winter wear and heatpacks, knowing that we were not adequately dressed. Other gestures like a cake on my birthday was very heartwarming. Thanks Cathy.
