“Shenzhen Tour”

We had a wonderful experience touring Shenzhen with Heidi as our guide! From the beginning, she did an excellent job arranging our itinerary and making sure everything was well organized, efficient, and enjoyable for our family. Having a private car and our driver, Jung, made such a big difference, especially since it was extremely hot during our visit to China. Heidi was very thoughtful and flexible, adjusting our schedule and activities based on the weather and our family’s needs. We never felt rushed, and she made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Heidi was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. Together with Jung, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, which allowed us to relax and really enjoy our time exploring Shenzhen. We truly appreciated the care and attention Heidi put into our tour. It was a great experience for our whole family, and we would definitely recommend Heidi and Jung to anyone visiting Shenzhen and looking for a well-organized, comfortable, and enjoyable private tour. “A fantastic day in Guangzhou!”

We contacted Karen on short-notice when our flight plans changed and we learned we would have a day in Guangzhou while on a layover before heading to our next destination. Karen was great at proposing ideas of what to do during our time in the city, and was very flexible with adjustments we needed to make based on our time constraints. She took such good care of us - met us at the airport, guided us through some must-see sights and activities in the city, and made sure we were back at the airport again in time for our departure flight. We really have nothing but good memories of our little layover in Guangzhou and our fantastic guide Karen, who was so enthusiastic to show us her city - thank you!!!
