Amer Fort (Amber Fort)
Amber fort is a Fort situated in Amer, Rajasthan, India. Amer (or Amber) is a town with a location of 4 square kilometers (1.5 sq mi) located 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Located high up on a hill, it is the tourist attraction destination in Jaipur. The town of Amer was originally built by Meenas, and later it was ruled by Raja Man Singh (December 21, 1550– July 6, 1614). Amer Fort is known for its imaginative Hindu design elements. With its large ramparts and collection of gates and cobbled paths, the Fort overlooks Maota Lake, which is the major source of water for the Amer Palace.
Jal Mahal Jaipur
Jal Mahal (meaning "Water Palace") is a palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city, the capital of the state of Rajasthan, India. The palace was originally constructed in 1699; the building and the lake around it were later renovated and enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber.
City Palace Jaipur
City Palace, Jaipur was constructed between 1729-1732, in Jaipur as it paints the picture of heritage and rich culture. Sawai Jai Singh II has started the work of this palace, exclusively the exterior architecture of the building. Moving from Amber, he has moved to the Jaipur city because of the increase in water shortage problem which resulted in an inadequate supply of water to people. Further, he called Vidhyadhar Bhattacharya, a Bengali Architect who has designed the complex following the rules of Vastushastra which is why till today, City Palace is listed as the prime attraction of the state.
Hawa Mahal
The majestic Hawa Mahal, or the Palace of Winds, is often the first visual that comes to mind when one thinks of the Rajasthan's capital of Jaipur. The ‘pink city’, as Jaipur is popularly known, presents a beautiful marriage of history, heritage and architectural splendour, with the rose-tinted sandstone Hawa Mahal standing tall among one of the most visited and unique monuments. However, not many know that the 300-plus jharokhas (portholes) that form the very memorable façade of the monument that attracts tens of thousands of tourists from around the world each year, is actually its back side. Moreover, even the front façade doesn’t serve as a direct entrance, and one has to enter from the side of the City Palace, of which it is a part.

Nahargarh Fort
Nahargarh Fort was built in 1734 by the then Maharaja of Jaipur, Sawai Jai Singh II. He constructed the fort as a retreat for the hunting expeditions of the royal family. The fort was initially named Sudarshangarh but was later renamed as Nahargarh. According to local legends, the construction of the fort was obstructed by the spirit of a Rathore prince named Nahar Singh Bhomia. To pacify the spirit, a temple was built in his memory within the premises and the fort was renamed to honor him.

Namaste,
I am Amit from the Heritage City (Jaipur), working as a tour guide. May I say as a cultural ambassador since 2019 appointed by the Rajasthan Department of Tourism, my job as a tour guide as it helps me to explain different aspects of History, architecture, religion and secularism, colors, languages, dresses, culture and traditions.
I have an instinct that I specialize in taking around my city Jaipur and various Heritage monuments.
I always wanted to do a job in which I talk about the world and compare it with city's heritage. This job truly blends with my passion of talking to the nationals of developed countries I just enjoy it.
I have received many compliments for my tailor made itineraries by repeated guests as they are the best judges to differentiate their previous visits with mine. As I totally emphasize to show them the actual India differently by making Heritage Walks many other typical Indian ways. I want them to look India through my eye which is truly INCREDIBLE!
Thank you for giving few minutes of your valuable search and time to read, understand my profile. Hope I'll receive the message from you!
I can pen down many other things about myself but leaving it for you to experience yourself by coming as a guest but going as a friend, from a stranger to family.
