Sintra Historic Center
The old town of Sintra is the starting point for telling our story. We'll see the Royal Palace of Sintra from the outside, walk through the narrow streets and taste the typical delicacies. From the town we'll see the Moorish Castle among other iconic buildings
Pena Palace Terraces and Grounds
We'll drive up to the Pena Palace, along the hills and the scenic road. At the Palace of Pena we will see part of the park and the terraces of the Palace. Although we don't usually visit the interior (rooms) due to the queues, we can include it (knowing that it adds about 1 hour to the visit).
The terraces and their views are breathtaking, taking us back in history and palace life.
Given the distance from the gates of Pena to the palace, we can go up the hill either by transfer or on foot.
Lunch break by the coastline
After visiting the Terraces of the Pena Palace, we'll change direction and head for the Atlantic coast.
Always flanked by natural beauty as well as the architecture that makes up the views. We'll pass the mystical Quinta da Regaleira, the beautiful Palacio de Seteais and the unmistakable Palacio de Monserrate.
The stop will be at a restaurant by the sea where you'll take a break to taste Portuguese delicacies.
Cabo da Roca- Westernmost Point of Mainland Europe
Once referred to as “where the land ends and the sea begins”, Cabo da Roca is the westernmost point of the European continent. Breathtaking views over the sea where it was once believed that the world ended.
At this stop we'll have time to enjoy the views, and breathe in the scent of the sea from the top of the 143-meter-high cliffs.
Cascais- The Portuguese Riviera
From Cabo da Roca to Cascais we will drive along the Guincho coastal road. Where the sea shows all its beauty and grandeur.
In Cascais, we'll stop by the iconic bay that mixed the humble life of fishermen with the luxurious life of aristocrats, where we'll take a short stroll before returning to Lisbon.

I drive a 7-seater minivan that provides a comfortable riding experience for four passengers while having the capacity to accommodate up to six individuals, ideally configured for four adults and two children. For groups of seven or more, it is essential to make appointments in advance to ensure proper transportation arrangements are available. Additionally, if you are traveling with children, please inform me of their ages so we can prepare appropriate safety seats for their comfort and security during the journey.
Hi I'm Alexandra. More than 20 years ago I came back to Lisbon after living all my childhood in Switzerland. Contacting other cultures, learning different languages, and traveling abroad made me realize that I wanted to become a full-time explorer. Living in this beautiful country and region made that wish easily come true. Deep knowledge about my city, our history, costumes and culture is mandatory to be a great host, local expert or guide. And I am one. In fact I'm all in one. Guide by profession, local expert by passion and host by empathy. In 2013 I dedicated myself 100% to this calling and still take every traveler with me like if it was family or friends visiting.
