This is a relaxed, guided running tour — not a race. We’ll keep an easy conversational pace, stopping often for photos, short breaks and local stories. You’ll get both a workout and a city introduction in one experience.

Narrow medieval streets, Roman walls and hidden squares. We’ll slow down here, so you can really feel the old city and take photos.

We jog down Barcelona’s “golden avenue” past Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, with a short stop to admire Modernist architecture.

• Are able to run at least 5–6 km at an easy pace (we can always walk for a bit)

If you’re a complete beginner or training for a race, tell me in advance — I’ll happily adapt the pace and distance.
