I’m an instructor of sushi making for foreign travelers and got the national license as a tour guide last year. Therefore I can provide a guiding for Tsukiji/Omiya fish market and a private lesson for the traditional sushi making for both. If you are interested in bonsai too, travering omiya is a perfect idea since I can provide for all these.

Sushi making instructor takes you to TOYOSU central wholesale market. The tour is a combination activity which includes shopping at TOYOSU central wholesale market and sushi making experience. You will make hand shaped sushi using fish purchased on this tour. This will be one of your unforgetable experiences in Japan. All participants must be aged 13 or older. Price is same regardless paticipant's age.

The person who provides this sushi making program visits Toyosu central wholesale market frequently to hold the other tour = a combination activity which includes shopping at TOYOSU and sushi making experience. Kanosan is an excellent teacher in sushi making. His expertise with wielding the sushi knife is amazingly accurate. We learn a lot from him. Apart from sushi making, we learn about all the fresh seafood used for sushi making! Overall, a great experience. Will be recomending Kanosan to my friends and family. Keep up the great job!!!
