Great way to begin our visit to Tokyo!

Thank you Atsuko for being so helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable! My wife and I arrived in Tokyo Friday night. We were in the city to learn and explore and to cheer on our daughter as she ran the Tokyo Marathon on Sunday. We met with Atsuko Saturday morning for a 6 hour tour. She helped us navigate the trains and subways in preparation for the marathon (so helpful). She took us to beautiful sites in the city, knowledgeably explaining the history, culture and traditions of each site. We had a lovely lunch together and a very pleasant day getting to know each other and the city. We couldn't have asked for a better guide for the day. Highly recommended! :)

A lovely way to see busy and peaceful Tokyo

Atsuko was a lovely guide. Not only was the tour a perfect blend of pace and activities but we enjoyed the time with her. She chose a perfect (not touristy) place for lunch and included Cat Street and vintage shops on the tour per our request. Highly recommend.

Thank you for wonderful review Ann. It was pleasant day with you and your husband even gloomy weather. I really enjoyed talking with yours. The coffee shop at cat street was great actually I've never visited the cafe before. Thanks for you l definitely go again that cafe. I hope you have a great time in Tokyo!

Happy and Hassle-free Way to Tour Tokyo

Tokyo is a fascinating city with numerous interesting places to visit and unique situations to experiences and enjoy - but, for a first time visitor, knowing what to do, where to go, and how to get there can be particularly challenging. Which is why our personal guide, Atsuko, proved to be worth every Yen of the cost to benefit from her service. Punctual, polite, personable, articulate in English and highly professional, having Atusko to advise us, help us navigate the railway system, walk from location to location, and share her local knowledge was hugely beneficial. Furthermore, having her on hand to translate and ask questions on our behalf was key to our understanding of Tokyo life and our overall enjoyment of the day. By the time we finsihed the tour, we felt as though we had gained a new friend.

Thank you very much such a wonderful review Keith! I had a great time with you and Sally. I really enjoyed conversation with yours. You told me a lot of things that I didn't know. Barbados is such a beautiful place and sunrise from your pool pictures are amazing! I hope to see you again someday. Thank you again and hope you have a nice day today.

Japan

Hello everyone! I was born and raised in Kawagoe, a historic city next to Tokyo in Saitama. Two years ago, I graduated from a university in Japan, and now I work as a tour guide and study abroad support advisor. Three years ago, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Vancouver, Canada. During my time there, I was warmly welcomed by the locals, and I discovered the joy of immersing myself in a new culture and daily life. I also learned the value and excitement of connecting with people from different backgrounds. That’s why I now want to be the one to support others. As a guide, I aim to make your journey even more special! Through Go with Guide, I want to offer more than just the typical sightseeing experience—I want to provide unique opportunities for you to dive deeper into Japan’s rich culture. I am committed to creating a safe, thoughtful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Let’s not just visit Japan—let’s feel it. Join me on an unforgettable journey, and together, let’s embrace the true beauty of Japan! I look forward to meeting you!

Born and bred in Tokyo I am still living in the suburbs of Tokyo. I spent several years in the U.S. and the UK and wanted to show international visitors around Japan in return for the hospitality I had received in foreign countries. After coming back from the UK, I obtained the qualification of the National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter. I can guide guests to every corner of Tokyo including areas off the beaten track. As a history fan I can tell you a historical episode behind the scenes. From a local perspective I can explain how we Japanese are getting along. Since I have science and technology backgrounds, I can give you a tour of scientific or technical things as well..
