“Wonderful wonderful!!!”
Atsuko was a wonderful guide. My daughter instantly loved her and wanted to sit next to her on our modes of transportation (which she expertly guided us on as a family of 3 with an almost 5 year old). Atsuko was open to my additional suggestions on our tour and even went above and beyond to make a reservation for us at the end where we were having trouble (this was after our tour!) - she did that purely out of kindness. I can't say enough good things about Atsuko! Thank you!!!

I'm sorry to hear you got trouble after the tour. I wish I could do anything for you. I hope you had a great time in Japan include Okinawa Ishigaki island.
“A terrific introduction to Tokyo”
Warm and wonderful Atsuko! Thank you so much for showing us sites on our first day in Tokyo. Despite the hot weather and jet lag, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was a great “orientation” to a few Tokyo highlights. You have a nice balance of sharing interesting information, showing us sites and always thoughtfully answering our sometimes-silly questions. We will fondly remember your tour and look forward to returning.

(91 reviews)Thank you very much for the kindest review Mark! It was a pleasant and memorable meeting with you and your family and your long time friends. I hope you had a wonderful time in Japan. I would like to talk more with you and your family about New Zealand and other countries and I like amusing questions. Hope to see you someday again.
“Amazing - The Best Tour Guide !”
If you’re like me you’ve read countless reviews before you booked a tour guide reading how their tour guide was the best. Add this review to the list … Atsuko was nothing less than amazing. It felt more like two friends spending an afternoon together finished by lunch. When she would point something out I remembered it was a tour :). We had lots of laughs while she blended our time between strolling and providing content regarding the neighborhood, shrine, temple etc. Atsuko has unlimited knowledge of the area and even talked a little about her own family and life even showing me some instagram photos. I’ve toured alone and thought I knew what I was doing but a guided tour with Atsuko was money well spent! If you looking for casual, comfortable and encyclopedic knowledge … you’re in the right place. Without a doubt … my tour guide is better than anyone else’s … Atsuko!
