What to Expect

The Tokyo metropolitan area has over 13 million people. On this tour, we will take the subway, train, etc. This is a walking tour and is the best way to actually feel and experience the city of Tokyo.

*Tsukiji Outer Market - After the Fish inner market moved to a new place the outer market of Tsukiji still remains a popular site for international visitors. There are about 400 retail shops which are open to the public typically open from 5:00 in the morning to around noon or early afternoon. You can find anything from foods such as fresh fish, meat, fruits and vegetables, and dried foods to food-related products such as knives and dinnerware. There are many food stalls and fresh sushi restaurants.

*Hamarikyu Garden - About 10 minutes walk from Tsukiji market. Designated as a special place of scenic beauty & special historic site of the country is famous for its "Shioiri-no-ike" (tidal pond) and two duck hunting grounds. We can enjoy the finest garden views with a cup of powdered green tea and Japanese sweets at Nakajima-no-ochaya on the pond.

*Omotesando - Called "Tokyo's Champs-Elysees" is lined with high-end boutiques those shops come in designer buildings with contemporary architecture.

*Takeshita street - Harajuku is the birthplace of the "KAWAII" culture. This street is a teen-fashion bazaar store containing miscellaneous goods and sweets shops.

*Meiji Jingu Shrine - Tokyo's grandest Shinto shrine is dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken. The 70 hectares of the forested ground it's a special oasis in the midst of all the big-city hustle and bustle.

*Shibuya Scramble crossing - The world busiest intersection in front of Shibuya station. It's an awesome spectacle of giant video screens and neon, guaranteed to give you an "I'm in Tokyo!" feeling.

Also, you can learn how to use public transportation systems through this tour. Tokyo's public transportation system is very complicated but this tour will help you to understand. I would like to make your stay in Tokyo a real pleasant one!

Wonderful Time with Atsuko in Tokyo

I and my group had an amazing time with Atsuko as our guide around Tokyo for 2 days. She did a great job helping to plan our tour and was able to make changes as needed due the weather. Her English is very good and she did a wonderful job of answering our questions about the sites we visited and Japan in general. We learned a great deal about Japan. She was sincerely interested in ensuring everyone had a amazing time and helped out with group pictures along the way. Guiding a group of nine was not easy but she managed it extremely well. Overall she is a very kind, thoughtful and enthusiastic guide.

Atsuko T.

Thank you for such a wonderful review Cameron. It was a great time to share with you and your group members. How to satisfy customers has always been considered my first priority so I am very pleased you and all enjoyed my tour. Thank you for taking the time to write me!
