I find it very interesting, that the final customers select the guide of their choice, depending on their presentation, feedbacks, or any other features to be taken into consideration such as the tour description, its originality, the languages spoken, the guide's personal and professional experience and so on. It also gives me the chance to design a tour according to my own personal experience of over 25 years, to make customers happy at the right pace.
