Farol da Barra( light House)
The start point is in the Farol da Barra( light house) . One of the first construction in Salvador used to defend the city agaisnt the invaders.
Colonial District- known as Pelourinho
Here, we start our walking tour in the old city visiting the Municipal Square, Lacerda Elevator,the Pierre Verget foundation,the African Brazilian museum, the San Francisc church,(considered the most beautiful and rich church of south America), the Our Lady of the Black men and women Church. This church was built by the enlaved people and for them, as they could not enter in other church. A stop to experiment our local bahian cuisine.
