“Do not recommend Ali or his team- except his drivers ”

Absolutely terrible experience and a complete waste of money. I initially booked four days of activities but cut it down to three after discovering all the hidden surcharges Ali tacks onto everything. Even something as simple as dinner reservations ended up being overpriced because Ali adds extra fees — do yourself a favor and book meals and shows independently. The tours themselves were a disaster: rushed, sloppy, and totally unorganized. Despite making it clear I wanted to visit more than one mosque and the Grand Egyptian Museum, our guide Abla hurried us through a single mosque and didn’t even bother taking us to the museum — so we had to go there on our own time. At Khan Khalili, our guide literally told us "don’t stop and shop." What’s the point of going to a famous bazaar if you can’t even browse? Every stop felt rushed, and anytime we paused to enjoy a sight, we were told to keep moving. To make matters worse, they took us to certain shops — whether these were genuinely good or just places where the company gets a kickback, who knows, but it definitely felt like the latter. And the worst part: a total language barrier and incompetence led to a major screw-up. My “final booking and offering” clearly included snorkeling at the Red Sea, and that’s what I paid for. Instead, Ali just sent a driver to drop us at the Red Sea with no snorkeling booked at all. We wasted an entire day and seven hours of driving for nothing. Ali kept sending me old screenshots of me asking how much the trip would cost without snorkeling — ignoring the fact that my confirmed booking did include snorkeling. He tried to make it better by paying for a 2 hour boat ride but that’s not what I originally paid for or wanted. Completely unacceptable. Bottom line: overpriced, rushed, disorganized, and shady. I absolutely do not recommend Ali or his team to anyone thinking about booking tours in Egypt. Save your time, money, and sanity. Ask your hotel for more certified guides

“Abla Saif - Expert Egyptologist and Photographer – Highly Recommended!”

Short version: We had a fantastic day with Abla Saif! She's not only a certified Egyptologist with 19 years of experience, but also a talented photographer and has a great sense of humor. Everything was perfectly organized, even though we booked last minute. Visiting the pyramids and the Sphinx was made even more special thanks to her stories and the stunning photos she took of us. We booked a last-minute tour with Abla Saif, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. Abla is a certified Egyptologist with 19 years of experience, but she's also an excellent photographer and a truly charming person with a great sense of humor. From the first contact via WhatsApp, we received clear information and quick responses. On the day of the tour, Abla and her regular driver (who stayed with us the entire day) were waiting for us at our hotel right on time. We started with a quick stop at a local clothing shop. While the staff naturally hopes you’ll buy something, there's absolutely no pressure. Then came the highlight: the pyramids and the Sphinx. Already an awe-inspiring sight, but made even more memorable by Abla’s insights and photography. She knew exactly where to stand for the perfect shots, and her explanations were rich in detail, going beyond the standard tourist information. Afterwards, we also visited a spice shop, a perfume store, and a souvenir shop — all local and authentic, and a nice way to wrap up the day. In short: if you're looking for a personal, professional, and fun guide experience in Egypt, Abla Saif is the one to book. We would choose her again without hesitation!

“Second tour, same amazing service”

Nehal was tremendous today. She gave us great historical & cultural information about the Citadel of Salhadin and the mosque of Muhammad Aly. Followed up by a tour of the Ec and the original Museum of antiquities. Her strength is her ability to show you things you want to know about because every museum is overwhelming in their collections. She also gives you time to explore on your own, which is necessary because you need time for it all to sink in. All in all Nehal was a highlight in a trip of a lifetime.
