Welcome to the most mysterious and romantic village of the Cinqnue Terre National Park, Vernazza! One of the most ancient towns where we have testimonies from the Roman era! We will walk through the main and only street that goes across the village untill the little mole. During the walk while you admire the architecture and the decoration of the houses, testimonies of the glorious past, when the village was a particularly important port, I will tell you about the flood that destroyed the village in 2011 and the structural changes that it brought. We will have a look at the church, buit in a very unusual position, then we will walk into extremely narrow alleys to reach the hiking path that connects Vernazza with Monterosso, this path is the last part of the green-blue hiking trail that connect all the villages, from Riomaggiore, the first one to Monterosso, the last one.
