“Nori was very knowledgeable ”
I came to Japan with a broken ankle -: and Nori made sure I got to see Zen temples and Shrines that were easier to walk to. He also took me for authentic mochi and tea. He was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend..

“Great tour of Kyoto!”
Hiroshi was recommended by my sister, when her family used his service for a guide. We chose the 8 hr tour of two temples, market & castle. Hiroshi is very knowledgeable & made it fun with his trivia questions. I was able to capture beautiful photos of Kyoto. Wear comfortable shoes as he will out-walk you!
“Kyoto has so much to offer!”
Yoshi showed us not only the sights but all the transportation modes in Kyoto. He was very well prepared, handing us printed information on different topics such as different eras and religions. He adapted the tour to our needs. The only negative comment is that his English is sometimes difficult to understand. We had a great day!

Beyond the visual appeal, your Kyoto tour guide can share stories about the significance of bamboo in Japanese culture overall, and help you gain appreciation for Arashiyama's natural beauty in a more intimate way.
