Although this is an old historical rather large temple, not so busy because of the access.
You can enjoy the quiet atmosphere sitting in front of beautiful gardens, the Higashiyama on the backdrop with beautiful fall foliage.

You can enjoy the interesting structures of the building. This is truly a mecca for fall foliage less busy.

We had a great time in Kyoto. A beautiful city in every aspect. Shuji our guide showed us the beautiful highlights of the area and he also showed us lots of beautiful gardens which we love to look at. He was a very nice person and we enjoyed having him as our guide.
