This tour covers 4 must-see sightseeing spots in Kyoto.
Firstly, we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine. If you walk through in the countless Trii-gates in the late evening , you must be feeling getting into a mysterious world.
Sanjyu-sangendo temple where you can see the magnificient main statue and one thousand life sized Kannon statues. Every people says " I'ts awesome !"
"I am in a forest of Buddha!!"
Kiyomizudera-temple is one of the most oldest and famous temples in Kyoto. About 4mllion tourists visit this temple every year !
Lastly, we visit Nijyo-jyo Castle where you can enjoy the finest architecture and artworks and Shogun's private life in the Edo period.
them we head for Gion area or flower town . If you have a good chance, you can meet a Maiko-san or a Geisya-san walking around the town.

Hiro was amazing ! And extremely confident in how to get to places ! He never complained about going anywhere or did he try to force us to go anywhere we didn’t want to go. He made sure to wait for us in some places. He made sure to take shortcuts when necessary!

Even though it was hot and much humidity, both of you were able to visit many target destinations, such as Fushimi-Inari Shrine, a cafe in Gion area, walking through a long shopping mall Nishiki Market, then headed for Arashiyama ,where you had a nice Japanese Kaiseki dinner and lastly take a walk in bamboo forest ! “Excellent, comprehensive tour of Kyoto!”
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) only had one day to see Kyoto, and we're glad we found Hiroshi to help us navigate this beautiful city. Hiroshi picked 3 top sites to show us. He provided historical and cultural background of the places, which we all found very informative. We travelled very efficiently by public transit, and covered a lot of ground in the 8 hrs we spent together. He was willing to show us more, but by the end we were all exhausted and ready to call it a day. He helped us find a taxi to take us back to the train station, so we could travel back to Osaka that night. THANK YOU very much Hiroshi for your great talent in sharing your great city with us, in such an interactive way. We all enjoyed meeting you, and only wish we had more time together.
