At this moment, I provide 4 hour-tour mainly. (starting at 9:30, and 10:00, 10:30 - finishing at 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, and 15:30)
This tour is only for dinner time. Please inquire about availability before booking.
Some of the upscale restaurants in Japan may charge a cancellation fee. Please be aware of this and do not change your choice.

Mari-san took us around Kyoto. We had a very nice day, she took us to the Fushimi shrine and the main shops around Kyoto. She even helped us with some difficult requests !! She is very kind and explained things very well. We had great lunch too!

We were so lucky to have found Mari as a guide to show us around Kyoto on our first day there! First we learned how to take the bus which turned out to be very useful for the rest of our stay... then Mari showed us around some nice areas of the city, we learned a lot about the Japanese culture and also Mari adapted very well to our needs and to my son who wanted to try a lot of different foods!! Me and my 2 teenage boys had a very enjoyable half day with Mari, thank you for being our lovely guide and introducing us to Kyoto in such a relaxing and fun way! Merci!
We had such a wonderful time enjoying Sakura season with Mari! She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had regarding the private half day tour. She was so accommodating to slow the pace down for my elderly parents while also showing my teenage son all the highlights of the area! She also focused on the things that were most important to us. She is very knowledgeable about the area and an experienced tour guide. I highly recommend Mari!
On our last full day in Kyoto, we were fortunate enough to have been guided through the history and culture of Japan with Mari. Her expertise in enlightening us with facts about the shrines we saw has made getting to know Japan even more enjoyable. Mari was very easy to talk to, always having a smile on her face and had an answer to every question we sent her way. The calligraphy class was both challenging and relaxing, and Mari ensured we would all leave feeling proud of the work we did. I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed spending time with Mari.
