“A Memorable and Worthwhile DMZ Tour with Kwan”

We had such a fun and meaningful day visiting the DMZ with Kwan. He was very personable and shared detailed information about the DMZ area, which made the experience much more interesting and memorable. His car was also very clean and comfortable, which made the long day feel easy. After the DMZ tour, he helped us find one of the best restaurants for lunch, and it ended up being a great meal. He also took us to Mangwon Market, which had far fewer tourists, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing a more local side of Seoul. It was a long day, but definitely worth it. Kwan made the whole experience smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Highly recommend him!

“Best Tour Guide Ever!”

We had originally booked a tour with Junhee, but our flight was canceled and then delayed again, so we weren’t able to meet on the date we had agreed on. According to the terms, she was not obligated to make up the lost time, but Junhee graciously met us on another date and still took us on the tour. Not only that, she also helped me purchase additional advance tickets to visit the Secret Garden, which I truly appreciated. Junhee is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and has the best personality. She made the experience feel personal and memorable. It’s really the people you meet who make a trip special, and Junhee was definitely one of those people for us. I highly recommend her!

My husband booked with Sally for our family of four and we had the most incredible time exploring Seoul with Sally, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! She didn't just show us the famous sights; she tailored the entire experience to our family's specific needs. From exploring the gorgeous "second palace" (Changdeokgung) and navigating the bustling traditional food market, every thing was perfectly planned. Being vegetarian can sometimes make traveling and dining tricky, but Sally went completely out of her way to ensure we found amazing, authentic plant-based foods to try. She brought history to life at the beautiful Buddhist temple, and then completely pivoted to make our kids' dreams come true with an amazing K-pop experience, a visit to the jaw-dropping Starfield Library in Gangnam, and the stunning Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP). On top of all that, she gave us incredible personal recommendations for exploring the trendy Seongsu-dong shopping neighborhood and navigating its massive, mind-blowing Gentle Monster store. She was so incredibly attentive to our daughters, patiently taking us to the exact shops they were hoping to find to pick up special items that were meaningful to them. By the end of our time together, it didn't feel like we were being guided by a tour professional it truly felt like we were being taken care of by a close family member.
