Kwan was an excellent host and guide. He was prompt, professional and extremely friendly. Our day was seamless and easy. A day tour to DMV is a big day but Kwan made it as comfortable and as informative as possible. His car is super luxurious and Kwan took care of us very well. Kwan has perfect English and shares lots of information throughout the day. He also gave me excellent tips for Seoul, restaurant recommendations and Korean skincare shopping.
