I would also like to make it very clear that we do not hire external or third-party guides to operate our tours. Your tour was conducted by one of our own professional driver-guides, who is a regular member of our team and represents Walkborder. Throughout our communication, I was always transparent, provided you with different options, and made every effort to help you organize the best possible experience. I even recommended purchasing tickets for Pena Palace and personally arranged them for you, without charging through this platform, specifically to help you avoid the higher costs associated with platform fees. I have always communicated openly and clearly with you, with the genuine intention of providing excellent service. For these reasons, I find your comments unfair and not an accurate representation of what was discussed or arranged.
