“Magda is delightful!! Highly recommend!”
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Magda through old Porto. She gave us a terrific overview of the history, architecture and fascinating stories that make the city such a treasure. She was keen to what we hoped to see and checked everything off our list. During the tour, through engaging conversations, Magda stopped along the way to show us special little gems. From pastries to authentic Portuguese shopping experiences and the best spot for a great lunch, Magda had all the answers for us. Magda has a passion for the local and authentic experiences which we greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend. Muito obrigado, Magda! Richard and CJ

Dear Richard, dear CJ, thank you so much for sharing this experience. It was an incredible morning with great communication from you as well, I learnt a lot from your country and people and the time just ran so well! I am very pleased you enjoyed it. Wishing you all the best during your stay in Portugal and I am sure that you will come back to visit us and practise the Portuguese language "in loco"! Muito obrigada. Warmest regards, Magda

“Dissatisfied.”
Mr .Hugo never contacted me to tell me what time he would pick me up at the airport. In the reservation I made it said that two days before the tour they would provide me with a telephone number and it never happened , I waster one hours at the airport and he never showed up , send another person who had no information about me. A fatal and frustrating experience for me, I don’t think I will hire anyone and anywhere’s in the world for another tours . Mr Hugo is not truly professional for the industry since Mrs Paula Mendounza was very sorry about what had happened to me and Hugo did not provide her with anything other than my name

Complete Lie. We must clarify that this review does not reflect the facts. Pre-tour details were sent in advance on the original booking thread: guide’s name, phone, and instructions that the guide would wait at Lisbon Airport with a sign. These messages are timestamped and on file. On the service day, the traveler used a different account, which is why those messages were not visible on the profile from which this review was posted. Platform support later confirmed the second account. Despite the confusion, the guest met our guide at Starbucks around 08:30 (the scheduled start time) and the tour ran until ~16:30—the full 8 hours delivered. Because this account of events is incorrect, it risks misleading future travelers and unfairly harming our business. For transparency, we’re formally asking that this be noted/clarified, as we can document every step above. To future guests: we always share guide contacts and clear meeting instructions ahead of time and remain on site with signage to ensure a smooth pickup. If you have any concerns about logistics, we’re happy to explain our procedures and provide proof of communications.

“LISBON a magic City”
We highly recommend using Joao when you visit Lisbon . From the moment we met Joao it was evident his passion & knowledge of Lisbon was brilliant. He took us to wonderful look outs away from the hustle & bustle of the usual tourist spots. His knowledge of the history of Portugal was magnificent which gave us a true picture of the rich history. A standout , was Joao took us to his neighbourhood local restaurant for lunch , where we had a traditional Portuguese meal. Joao was a magnificent host & true ambassador of Lisbon , Portugal
