Tokyo is known for its cutting-edge architecture. The center is Harajuku to Omotesando Promenades. You can enjoy lots of modern architecture both side of promenades. We will start from Meiji Shrine, then move to Takeshita street where you can find cute ‘Kawaii’ culture. On Omotesando Promenades you will find a gorgeous line-up of newly designed architecture, such as Omotesando Hills by Tadao Ondo etc. Finish is Shibuya where you can enjoy Shibuya Crossing. Goal will be good Japanese restaurant.

Full Day Nikko Key Sites #1 (11 Hours)

In Japan, there is a saying (pun) that goes "Don't say Kekko until you see Nikko", which means "Don't say you are fully satisfied until you see Nikko". The great representation of Nikko is the combination of unparelled Cultural World Heritage Site of Toshogu Shrine and pure beauty of nature at Kegon Falls and Lake Chuzenji. Fukagawa is one of the typical old downtown areas in Tokyo. You may feel something of Japan's good old days during this excursion. We will visit Fukagawa Fodoudou (a temple), Tomioka Hachimangu (a shrine), Kiyosumi Gardens (a Japanese garden), and some other attarctive places. You can also enjoy a famous "Fukagawa meshi", a meal cooked with rice and clams if you wish.

Sarushima: Tokyo Bay’s Hidden Island Getaway Sarushima, meaning “Monkey Island,” is the only natural island in Tokyo Bay — a true hidden gem just minutes from Yokosuka. Step off the ferry and into a peaceful escape where time seems to slow down. Stroll along quiet beaches, wander through forested trails, and explore mysterious military ruins now wrapped in lush greenery. If you are staying at a hotel in Kanazawa, why not explore Shirakawa-go (with UNESCO recognition) with a popular guide in a day trip? It is a 4-hour private tour. I can meet you at Shirakawago Bus Terminal and start the tour at eleven. You can take a bus from Kanazawa arriving at Shirakawago at around 10.00 am (Nohi Bus) and return with a bus leaving Shirakawago for Kanazawa at 3.10 pm. This tour is focused on the three wintery activities in the snowbound area of Yamagata. First you can enjoy shoveling the 3-meter-deep snow and digging the stored vegetables (turnips) out of the snow. In the morning, we will visit Nara Park, Todaiji temple, Kasuga grand shrine. You will have a chance to see, take photos and feed deer. After lunch, we will have a short trip to Wazuka village, the hometown of Uji tea, excellent quality of green tea. The landscape of tea plantations, built on the mountain slope, has 800 years of history. It was designated as the first scenic property of Kyoto Prefecture, as well as one of the Japan Heritages.

Himeji : Hyogo Golden Route (one of five tours)

Hyogo prefecture is about 150km long in north-south direction. There are many sight seeing spots, not only Kobe, Himeji but also Izush-Toyooka, Tanba-Sasayama Awaji island. So Hyogo government decleared "Hyogo Golden Route" as recommended tours. I would like to guide those areas where tourists do not know well. Each area is one day tour. You can have a different experience from Kyoto or Osaka.

This tour is only Monday, Thursday, and Friday. It is from 3:30 to 8:30 in the afternoon, for 5 hours. You can visit Futenma shrine, (or Nakagusuku castle site) Chatan town, sun set beach, you can ride on my private car as a transportation, so it is flexible to visit as you like. (However, time is limited, so please let me advise your schedule before you purchase this tour) You can have a Japanese lesson for 30 min for easy Japanese. (I'm also Japanese teacher at Japanese school)

One day tour From Gion to the Nishiki Market

Kyoto is an ancient city, which used to like be the capital of Japan for 1000 years. There are about 1600 temples and 400 shrines and beautiful gardens. It also has a lot of traditional crafts,such as kimono, fans, Japanese artistic sweets. There are a lot of things to do and experience. First of all I will take you to Gion area.I will take you to Yasaka Shrine and Kenninji Temple. Then let's move to the Nishiki market. and have sushi lunch in the market. Gion is the area of entertainment, where there are many bars and taverns. Some important business and political talks have been conducted. You may run across Maiko and Geiko, Japanese entertainers in kimono. If you want to wear Japanese costume in Gion, I can arrange with extra charge. NIshiki market is the kitchen of the Kyoro, where local people buy their everyday food. Fish stores, vegetable stores, pickles stores and so on. A friend of mine owns a Yuba shop in the market. Yuba is vegan, dairy-free ,gluten free,preserve-free, additive-free and protein rich. You can see the yuba making process.
