I can optimally navigate the Tokyo underground and maximize value from a Tokyo metro pass and also understand Tokyo above ground which will allow for seamless transitions between different metro stations and landmarks with minimal backtracking. *There will be a price revision at the end of June* My tour fee is Half-Day Tour: 20,000yen for 1-5hours Full-Day Tour: 40,000yen for 5-10hours The time transiting to and from your hotel for pick up or drop off within Tokyo 23wards does not count towards the time. I am also able to guide historical sites and cities such as Kyoto, Kanazawa, Nikko, and Kamakura on request if you pay my rail fare.

I had worked for the Japan's biggest travel agency JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) for 35 years as a tour escort for Japanese. I visited 68 countries and of course all over Japan as well. So I’m familiar with almost all of the tourist attractions in Japan. More over I’m also a professional magician now. I’m a member magician of The Magic Castle in Hollywood in US. That's why I made a decision to become an English tour guide. I acquired a tour guide license issued by the Japanese government with a lot of hard work in 2016 and I started from the following year. I guided 1,420 people with 17 groups totaly in 2017and 1,600 people in 1018. Through long work for travel business, I was assigned to excursions of all over Japan, such as Sapporo, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Okinawa and others, which gave me intimate knowledge about most places in the country. In addition, I am adept in business fields and knowledgeable about historical sites, traditional culture and modern subcultures in Japan. My wife is a disabled person with an intractable disease who needs 24-hour nursing care. Our daughter takes care of my wife while I am guiding. Even if my schedule is free, I may not be able to take the tour on days when my daughter cannot cooperate. Please ask me first. If it is possible.

“Amazing Tour with Knowledgable Guide ”
Yoko introduced us to East part of Tokyo starting from Ginza and other sightseeing areas located at this sort of the city. Her knowledge and insights were very helpful for the first comers to Japan! Our group of 6 consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids. Yoko was flexible when we would request to make a change in our itinerary and she was able to suggest alternative on the spot. Yoko is a highly recommended tour guide for the family or couples.

We had an amazing lunch at a sushi restaurant which has the capacity to let our large group in without a long wait. We went to Odaiba instead of the crowded Tokyo Sky Tree. “Kazu is amazing ”
We were extremely lucky to have Kazu as our guide for Kyoto. He was so very patient and accommodating as we kept on changing our plans. Being a group of 11, we were his largest group he had ever worked with and we were probably very difficult to wrangle and organize. Kazu was always positive and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable about Kyoto, the culture and the landmarks. We would all recommend Kazu to anyone who is visiting Japan.
