Our travel was delayed due to weather, so we missed 2 days we had scheduled with Melody. No problem, Melody made time for us for an evening tour which was great. Melody took great photos of us, was very knowledgeable and pleasant and has excellent English. I would definitely work with Melody if I came back to Tokyo and highly recommend to other travelers!

I was really looking forward to the two unique days we had carefully planned together, so the flight delay due to the weather was very unfortunate. However, I am really happy that we were still able to meet, even if only for a short time. I was also impressed by your deep understanding of Japanese culture. “Wonderful insight into samurai and kamikaze culture, rounded out with beautiful scenery”

Yaron was a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide. He was very cognizant of meeting our expressed interests by showing us some hidden treasures along the route and some great photography spots. We enjoyed our walk through Chiran among the former samurai houses and amazing gardens while learning some history. A quick stop at the museum for kamikaze gave us some insight into their sacrifice. Seeing tea fields from a high vantage point was lovely. Later we were able to eventually get a good view of the volcano from a couple of different spots. The sea horse farm was enchanting in such an out of the way spot with such panoramic views. Lunch was a lot of fun at a unique restaurant by a waterfall fishing noodles for our soup out of a spinning container filled with fresh spring water. All in all, a very pleasant day led by a wonderful guide who sincerely wanted to do his best for our tour. Highly recommend.
