“Tour on the north”

Noriko was very Thoughtful, punctual, and friendly. She took us around the north area of Okinawa, visiting the places we wanted to see and telling us histories about Okinawa its culture, its people and its relations with the mainland and China. We are very happy with the tour she gave us.

“Bespoke itinerary with a superb guide”

Absolutely enjoyed our tour with Noriko who is punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Being a tour guide is not just a job to Noriko. It is a passion as Noriko enjoys showing tourists the wonders and history of Okinawa ("Ikigai" to Noriko I feel). We felt very safe with Noriko's driving skill too. Thank you Noriko for the wonderful time! I enjoyed our conversation, the sanshin and singing very much. Thank you for your flexibility in accommodating our last minute itinerary changes. I had an amazing day with Noriko exploring the Naha area. Noriko was kind enough to pick me up and drop me off at my hotel in Chatan. I’m so thankful that I booked this tour as I don’t think I would be able to figure out how to get to all the various popular spots. It was so easy just to let Noriko drive and guide. I learned so much from Noriko - we talked about the history of Okinawa and also the present times. I learned a few Japanese words and a little about the local culture as well. Noriko was very flexible and accommodating when it came the itinerary and changing a scheduled lunch spot to something else. We visited a ramen place for lunch, which was delicious! My favorite part (and a must if you enjoy pottery) is to visit the pottery street near the markets in Naha. I will leave Okinawa with a wonderful and memorable experience because of the tour with Noriko. Thank you so much, Noriko, for the perfect day in Naha!
