Japan Tour Reviews
Kevin R.
“Private tour to Mt Fuji area”
We developed a customised tour to Mt Fuji area. in conjunction with Go With Guide/Stanley Trip Japan. Driver Eric was on time with pick up in a very clean Alphard 2 Passenger van. Lay back adjustable seating was very comfortable - seating the two of us. The weather wasn't favourable to see Mt Fuji, however we travelled to viewing points and ate at a local Ramen restaurant for lunch. Eric detailed attractions and we felt safe with his driving and directions on a complex road network. Visits were designed to cope with our mobility issues, A great day despite the weather. All recommended.

“Excellent tour of Shirakawago Village and Shogawa River Cruise”
We had an excellent tour with Mr. Naoto visiting Shirakawa-go Village and taking the Gorge river cruise. The Shirakawa-go village is interesting and visually appealing - particularly since it was Sakura season (which happens later than in Toyama or Kanazawa). Shirakawa was somewhat crowded, but not unpleasantly so. It's also a pretty drive. Lunch was very good at a place that has trout sushi which is unique to the Toyama area.

Hi Richard and your lovely wife, Thank you for such a thoughtful review! It was fantastic to spend the day with two "travel experts" like yourselves. I’m glad the drive and the scenic river cruise added a nice touch to your Japanese adventure. I really enjoyed our talk about your cruise experiences and global travels. Seeing the late-blooming sakura with you both was a highlight for me as well! I wish you all the best in your future travels and business. Please stay in touch if you ever find yourselves back in the Hokuriku area. Best regards, Naoto

“Outstanding Day in Nagasaki ”
We had an outstanding day in Nagasaki with our driver / guide Katsu. It rained all day, but that didn’t stop us from seeing the sites. The atomic bomb museum and related bomb sites were amazing. We had read or studied about the dropping of the atomic bomb, but seeing this in person really put its significance in real terms. Katsu explained the differences between the atomic bombs in Nagasaki & Hiroshima. Quite interesting. Katsu was an excellent guide. We all would recommend him as a guide & will contact him in the future when we’re back in Japan.

Dear Lawson and everyone, /// Thank you very much for joining my Nagasaki tour. /// And thank you for your wonderful review. /// On that day, my weather app - something that rarely happens - was unfortunately inaccurate, which made it a bit difficult to adjust at times. However, I’m very happy to hear that you were satisfied. /// I believe one of the great advantages of a private tour is the flexibility to adapt to the situation on the day, so please feel free to contact me again when you visit Japan next time. I’m sure you will be able to enjoy the unique charm of different regions of Japan. /// I look forward to seeing you again. /// Kind regards, /// Katsuhisa
