“Amazing, full-experience tour ”

Reiko put in a lot of effort to help us plan an itinerary that was aligned with our interests and budget. Thanks to her, we were able to see all the sights and wildlife we wanted to see in Kushiro! She was also extremely caring and helpful, and went out of her way to ensure that we had a comfortable trip despite the cold winter.

Zhixian and his wife were both really nice and friendly guests. They might have felt cold during the tour because they are from warm country and not used to our cold whether in Kushiro, Hokkaido. But they were brave and patient for coldness. I am so happy to know they enjoyed encountering wildlife and other experiences here.

“Wonderful Day touring Kyoto with Kanae”

My wife and I had the most special day touring Kyoto with Kanae. From the beginning of booking until the end of the tour she made everything easy for us. Kanae was very flexible with our start time which we greatly appreciated. The tour was comfortable and very interesting .
