Hi I am a professional Helsinki Tourist Guide qualified to guide throughout the whole of Helsinki including Suomenlinna Fortress Unesco World Heritage site. In a previous life I was a tour guide in Greece, Spain and Italy, so I am more than experienced with both large and small groups. I am especially interested in Scandinavian history, art, architecture, design, Jean Sibelius, cycling, hiking, meeting people and. . . . sauna! My tours can be tailored to suit my customers' needs and interests, e.g. day trips to medieval city of Porvoo, surrounding countryside or the National Park of Nuuksio and heritage sauna tours can also be arranged on request. I am positive and friendly. I enjoy meeting new people and do everything I can to help guests to make the most of their visit in Helsinki. I have been told by guests on my tours that I have a great sense of humor and really know my stuff. I also provide accessible tours for elderly with a wheelchair accessible vans.

Hi, I’m Yacco, a friendly and passionate local guide. I was born and raised in Shizuoka and have lived in Yokohama for over 30 years. For the past several years, I’ve been guiding international visitors in Kamakura, Yokohama, and Tokyo as a volunteer, helping them discover the rich history, culture, and hidden charm of these unique cities. Traveling abroad creates once-in-a-lifetime memories, and I would love for you to fully experience the beauty and spirit of my favorite towns. I not only enjoy showing historical and modern landmarks, but also love introducing quiet backstreets, seasonal flowers, cozy cafés, and delicious local food that reflect the charm of everyday life. What I enjoy most is comparing Japanese traditions with my guests’ own cultures and histories—these conversations often lead to deep and inspiring exchanges. As your guide, I’m happy to customize tours based on your interests, whether you’re seeking unique experiences, historical insights, or local flavors. Let’s walk, talk, and create unforgettable memories together!

Hi, I’m Hiro. With me, you can experience immersive travel that goes beyond sightseeing and connects you with local culture and everyday life in Japan. For example, you may cook with local grandmothers, walk through rice fields and farms with local farmers, taste seasonal ingredients, visit local grocery stores, stop by small coffee shops, enjoy bar hopping with locals, and experience the slower rhythm of everyday life in small-town Aomori. I was born and raised in Aomori, which is why I have strong connections with local farmers, families, and community members. Before returning home, I spent 8 years in Tokyo serving in the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, where I was involved in welcoming VIP guests including state guests and world leaders. Because I have experienced both Tokyo and rural Japan deeply, I strongly appreciate the warmth of local communities and the richness of life lived alongside the seasons. So if you want to experience both modern Tokyo and the authentic countryside of Japan in one journey, I may be the right guide for you. Feel free to contact me anytime. I would be happy to welcome you to Japan. *My guest feedback ・Hiro, you are the best guide I have met in Japan. ・With fine humour, Hiro-San... ・Hiro-san was a great...

Hi, I'm Barney. I have 14 years of experience guiding guests around Scotland, taking day tours out of Edinburgh. Whether I take people on scenic tours, or to historical sites like castles, or whisky tasting, I'm reminded every day that I really do have the best job in the world, in my favourite country in the world, and I'd like to share that with you. I was born in Edinburgh, and graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2008 with a history degree, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to Scottish history. But I also consider myself a storyteller, and my main job is to entertain you, so please don't feel that you're going to get dry lectures on history and culture. You don't need to remember a single thing I tell you, so long as you enjoy yourself. Also, please don't feel constrained by the standard tours I offer. I have many years of guiding experience, so if there's something you want to see that's not listed, just send me a message through Go With Guide and ask me to create a personalised itinerary just for you, which I'm always happy to do. Hi! I am Kazue. I am from Fukuoka and live in the central city. I spent almost 20 years traveling around the world as a cabin attendant. Meeting different people, different cultures and eating local food were best things in my career. This experience definitely widened my perspective and will help me in some way when I work as a guide. Since I spent half my life outside of Japan, I noticed our culture and traditions are very unique and became more interested in historical sites in Japan. For my personal life, I am a mom of twins. It is still a hard work but I am enjoying a lot with them. We take them around Kyushu whenever possible for their fun and experience. We all love traveling after all. I am looking forward to showing you around our hometown soon!

Hi! I'm Sho! I live in the center of Nagasaki city and work as a YouTuber, podcaster, and tour guide specializing in sharing the charms of Nagasaki. Actually, I was born and raised in Yokohama, near Tokyo, and worked for about 5 years in Tokyo. However, I fell in love with the culture and history of Nagasaki and moved here in 2020. Nagasaki has a rich history of international exchange and friendship, established about 450 years ago as an international trading port in Japan. Since then, many people from all over the world with diverse cultures and values have visited this city. I love these stories and histories of Nagasaki. Nagasaki is often associated with the sad history of the atomic bomb, which is, of course, an important part of this city's history, but Nagasaki has much more than that. I'm looking forward to introducing you to the many charms of Nagasaki!

I am originally from the Philippines and I've been living and working in the Hokuriku region for almost 7 years. I definitely consider Kanazawa as my home in Japan. Kanazawa is known for many things including gold leaf, a rich samurai history, its beautiful gardens, delicious seafood, and historic Geiko (Geisha) culture. I would love to introduce these things and so much more! Did you know Kanazawa is also home to the oldest sake brewery in the region? What about the local ceramics and laquerware? You can also participate in different workshops like traditional Japanese sweets-making class, gold leaf pasting, Kaga-yuzen (local kimono brand) painting, and sushi-making using local ingredients. There are many beautiful known spots and a lot of hidden gems in the area and I can't wait to introduce them to you. One of my hobbies is photography and I will surely capture your moments in the city to make your stay extra memorable. I'm excited to meet you in the Golden City, Kanazawa.
