Hi Fiona again, I am truly honored to have had the opportunity to serve you both as your guide. Indeed, most of the sake breweries were closed as they were busy preparing for the large-scale Sake Festival taking place next week. However, when I watched you both carefully and thoughtfully tasting the different kinds of sake, almost as if you were sommeliers, and sharing your impressions with each other, I was deeply moved by the respect you kindly showed for Japanese food culture. I only wish you could come back again next week for the festival! LoL. I also truly appreciate the wonderful conversations we had on the train, where you kindly shared so much information and your perspectives with me. It made our time together even more meaningful and enjoyable. You had only just arrived in Japan and were still dealing with jet lag, on top of that, experiencing the pain in your ankle, yet you still came all the way to Japan and Hiroshima, and spent these precious two days with me.
