We meet in front of the Dalí's Museum of Figueres, right where an sculpture of a tree with a head is located.

Museum entrance

Dalí Museum opens at 10.30h.

We enter the Dalí Museum and visit "the biggest surrealist work of art in the world".

We enjoy a guided tour of the main rooms of the Museum: the patio with the Cadillac, the former stage, the Peixateries room, the Mae West room, the Palace of the Wind, etc.

How to get Figueres:

From Barcelona:

The Dalí Museum of Figueres is located 140kms north from Barcelona.

By car it's about 1hour and 30 minutes drive plus find the Parking. In total the trip takes 2 hours.

I recommend you to take the high speed train AVE called "Avant". From Barcelona to Figueres/Vilafant is only 55 minutes ride. The price is 37€ go and return.

From Girona:

Dalí's Museum is located 35kms north from Girona.

By car it's about 40 minutes plus find the car Parking. In total the trip takes 1 hour.

Best option: the high speed train AVE called "Avant" takes only 15 minutes. The price is 12€ go and return.

If you take the train, I recomend the "Avant" train that arrives to Figueres/Vilafant at 9.10h or the train that arrives at 10.05h.

Once you are in Figueres/Vilafant train station, you have two options:

- take a taxi to Dalí's Museum

- walk 20 minutes

On July and August the Museum opens at 9h. We can start the tour earlier if you wish.
