“Perfect Day in Yokohama with Toki”
From our first communications in the GoWithGuide system, through our day tour in Yokohama, Toki was delightful, responsive, and genuinely interested in providing us with exactly the experience we were looking for! I was visiting Japan with my two adult daughters, and I had lived in Yokohama as a child for two years with my family. Returning to see the area where I had lived was a lifelong wish, and Toki expertly walked us through the area as part of our day tour with her. She expressed interest in my family story and seemed to enjoy playing "detective" with us, searching for clues as to the exact location of the house where I had lived 65 years ago, which has been replaced long ago with more modern buildings. In addition, she made other suggestions for places to go which we enjoyed and appreciated. Toki connected well with all of us, and we are grateful for her guidance and company during a very special day.

“Sankeien Garden and Costco with Tokiko”
My wife and I just returned to Los Angeles from our 16 day tour and cruise vacation in Japan. One of our best experiences was with Tokiko on our very first day, when we visited the Yokohama Costco, Sankeien Garden, and lunch. Tokiko is a deeply knowledgeable and very warm person, far better than nearly all the guides we had on our shore excursions. The Costco has some sensational produce, fish, and sushi products. The garden was packed with visitors at peak cherry blossom season; there were traditional weddings, a monkey show, scores of playing children and multi-generational families. Thank you, Tokiko, for making our first day in your city and country so memorable!

“Excellent Chinatown tour and lunch with Tokiko”
My wife and I enjoyed a thorough and fascinating tour of Chinatown in Yokohama, followed by a delicious lunch. Tokiko is highly informed, patient, and willing to improvise as needed. (We tourists can be maddeningly whimsical!) We give her our enthusiastic recommendation.
