“Yokohama's Delights”

We, 3 adults and 1 child (8) had such an enjoyable and personable time with Yuki. We would love to show him around parts if New Zealand if he traveled our way. Yuki was responsive and willing to customize our tour. His English us also great. We loved the addition of sunset boat ride, thankfully the weather played ball. We enjoyed food from Chinatown (that without recommendations we wouldn't have tried) and then onto the Ramen Museum. Delicious food and easy departure back to Tokyo after the end of the tour. Yuki even helped purchase the correct bullet train ticket from the machine at the end.

“Family Vacation Yokohama ”

Our 2nd tour with Kaneo as the guide for our family of 6 adults and he continues to provide interesting information at historical sites, introducing good restaurants and beautiful gardens. He is very patient during shopping sprees despite delaying his schedule. He took the additional step of guiding to Tokyo Station and assisting in the purchase of bullet train tickets and locating train departure points. Kaneo is an excellent guide and provides exceptional service. I highly recommend Kaneo as a guide to experience an smooth, enjoyable vacation,
