Dear Guests,
Hello!
My name is Hiromi. I grew up near the Imperial Palace surrounded by history, art, music and nice family.
I used to work in Imperial Palace as a guide because I love my hometown and to meet new people and expand my horizon. It brings me great joy to see my guest's smile. I treat them like close friend.
Every tour is an opportunity for me to learn and grow, and I continually strive to improve my skills to be the best guide I can be.
I'd like to share the magic of Japan with you. Let’s create moments that you’ll cherish always, together.
I believe that travel is not just about visiting new places, but about enriching your life, expanding your horizons, and experiencing sensational moments that leave you with a deep sense of wonder. I’m here to help you discover Japan in a way that will touch your heart and inspire you to see the world through a new lens.
Let me share how I became a tour guide. Since I was a child, I’ve always been fascinated by foreign films and cultures. I studied English and French, traveled to the U.S. and Europe multiple times, and was always captivated by the diversity of the world.
But as I started working and met foreign colleagues who practiced martial arts and had a deep knowledge of Japanese culture, I realized how rich and beautiful Japan’s culture truly is. From traditional architecture and tea ceremonies to Bushido and kimono, Japan has so many hidden treasures that moved me deeply, and I wanted to share these with people from around the world.
In addition to guiding in Tokyo, I’ve also had the privilege of taking guests to iconic places like Kyoto, Osaka, Himeji, Kanazawa, and Takayama. Each destination offers a unique story and charm, and I love sharing these gems with my visitors.

“It’s like visiting a new city with an old friend ”
Aside from a wealth of knowledge, Hiromi was always gaging the pace of the tour. Since we had the 8 hour tour from fish market to Skytree. There was much to accomplish. And as we are such foodies and always hungry for the best of everything there was always time for this. She is so kind that we felt we made a new friendship. We plan to invite her to dinner in our return . It was a great way to explore the best in 1 day .

Michael sama, Cavalier, Buenas tardes! Thank you for your review. I am truely appreciate it! and my apologies for my belated reply!!! I have guided tours in Tsukiji nearly a hundred times, but Michael-sama, you are the first person who has resonated deeply with the culture of KATSUOBUSHI (Shimmered, smoked and fermented skipjack-tuna) I was truly moved by your ability to see beyond the surface and appreciate the heart and dedication of the artisan behind it. I was also deeply impressed by Luis, his keen sense of food selection. When I was about to buy a canned coffee from a vending machine, he said, "I don’t drink such beverages because I want to truly savor only what is genuinely delicious." That moment struck me as truly remarkable—because, as he rightly said, the food we eat becomes a part of us. And when the three of us shared a meal together, taking the time to savor each bite with gratitude, it was such a beautiful and happy moment. I sincerely hope to see you again when you visit Japan next time. Let’s enjoy a relaxed lunch as friends! Me gustaría expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento a ambos. Por favor cuida tu cuerpo. Romy^^
“Exceptional Service and Guide who made our trip unforgettable ”
Hiromi was an incredible guide. As a single mom with two kids, traveling can be challenging. She was patient, tailored our tour to our pace, and made sure everyone was comfortable and engaged. She took us to places we wouldn't have thought of on our own, adding unique stops to our itinerary. She exceeded our expectations by providing recommendations for food, shops, and activities. She was responsive to our questions outside of our tour, which made navigating Tokyo so much easier. She is more than a guide; she became a friend, and we look forward to re-engaging with her when we return on our next visit.

Dear Yanti and her family, Thank you very much for choosing my tour. I was pleasantly overwhelmed you and your family's deep knowledge and insights on Japanese history. and I was glad to share the same insights on the history of the world. As your husband pointed out, authenticity has been disappearing from the world. What made Italy as Italy, what made Japan as Japan have been gone from today's world. Yet, we both resist this tendency of the world. We can live as Italian, and we can live as Japanese, and we can feel confident about our unique culture. Balance is the key, but maintaining tradition and law of nature would be the key to living a wonderful life in this chaotic world. Please give my best regards to your loved ones! Viva Italia Roma non fu fatta in un giorno. Cordialemente, Hiromi
