About Tour Guide Kahori M.
Hi, I'm Kahori, a nationally licensed guide interpreter, and have just started working with GoWithGuide! I’m delighted to show people around this area. For the past almost 10 years, I have mainly guided foreign medical professionals around Hiroshima City and Miyajima, gaining a deep understanding of the effects of radiation and the support for A-bomb survivors.
Hiroshima is a city of rivers and the sea. Along the rivers Cherry trees line, and the calm Seto Inland Sea, dotted with islands, creates a stunning landscape. Also, the sea has many islands called "art islands" which have fantastic arts relating to the art festival "Setoushi Triennale". In addition to our two World Heritage Sites, this area is rich in attractive resources. I hope many of you will come and experience this fascinating land. Personally, I am very passionate about modern art and enjoy sports like stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) on our rivers.

One-day Hiroshima / Miyajima Private Tour
Fantastic and efficient tour to explore the two both world heritage sites, Peace Memorial Park and Miyajima. The basic tour is a walking tour using public transportation. This tour includes Peace Memorial Park, the most popular site in central Hiroshima and its related highly modern and beautiful waste disposal facility, which is designed by world-renowned architect Yoshio Taniguchi, in homage to his mentor Kenzo Tange’s Peace Park. Outside of the facility, you can enjoy a special moment of relaxation while taking in the view of the Seto Inland Sea.
