Die Weihnachtsmärkte, das deutsche Brot, der Käse, die Wurst, die Suppen, der Tannenbaum im Wohnzimmer und das warme Licht an den Fenstern – all das macht diese Zeit so besonders. It seems you've safely returned to Canada after completing your cruise. Traveling as a couple with good friends is so wonderful — I hope to experience such a trip myself someday. I truly appreciate the wonderful review you wrote despite being busy after your travels. We walked quite a distance during the tour, and I was honestly surprised when I later learned everyone’s ages! Thank you so much for writing a review right after today’s tour — I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I was as surprised as you were at Shukkeien Garden! In Japan, we call it “ichigo ichie” — a once-in-a-lifetime encounter. Meeting someone in a place we might visit only once in our lives and sharing such a meaningful moment together — that’s what we call “en” (a special connection), and it reflects the Japanese spirit of gratitude at the heart of our culture. The spot where you took those beautiful photos is actually dedicated to Japan’s highest Shinto deities! Please treasure those pictures — they carry a special meaning.
